Take your vacation to the next level with this well appointed and perfectly located apartment residence in the heart of Jaco Beach! Just 50 meters to the beach and 50 meters from the center of town, this apartment offers everything you need for the best vacation. Featuring a queen bed, full bathroom with hot water shower, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, high top dining table, TV with premium cable, fast WiFi and incredible onsite staff to assist you with all your needs.

This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Designed with the budget traveler in mind, we feature special things like Surf Board and beach towel rentals and have an onsite administrator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need.

The host was good. The room is really only suitable for 1 person. There was no where to sit outside except across from a cleaning closet, despite the description saying there was. Minimal amenities. The location was good, very close to the beach.

If you are looking for even semi quiet, this is not the place. There is a bar right in front of the rooms and plays very loud music till 1 am. This was NOT noted in the description. The walls are very thin and we were awoken at 330 am by the neighbour fighting with and harassing a Tico woman. He spoke English and all she kept crying was please, please. She managed to leave, and he then blasted his tv until 5 am.

Regarding the situation you described, we take matters of guest comfort and safety seriously; however, we are not able to control the behavior of neighboring properties or individuals outside of our building. The building also has a night security guard, and we are always available via message, so if anything feels concerning during a stay, we encourage guests to contact us immediately so we can assist or involve the appropriate authorities if needed. We came home with bedbugs!Also, be careful about AC, if you leave it on full blast, you will get terrible condensation on the floor. We brought in a dehumidifier from a friends apartment.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. However, we were never informed during your stay about any issue related to bedbugs. Had we been notified, we would have taken immediate action to investigate and resolve the situation. Since your departure, we’ve thoroughly inspected the apartment and found no signs of bedbugs. As for the AC, when you let us know there was condensation on the floor, we responded right away and brought over a dehumidifier to help resolve the issue. In tropical climates, running the AC at very low temperatures for extended periods can sometimes cause excess moisture, which is why we always recommend moderate settings. We care deeply about our guests comfort and are always available to assist with any concerns during a stay.

Clean but prohibitively small

The room was clean but very small, especially the bathroom. I paid the same price as my buddy who stayed in another room that was literally twice as large. The size of my buddy’s bathroom was literally the size of my entire main room. I was not pleased to pay the same price for a room twice a small.

Nice location very small room.

This room is much smaller than it looks in the picture. The room is just slightly larger than the bed and the bathroom only has enough room for 1 adult to stand in it and shut the door. Two adults can not sit comfortably at the kitchen area. There is no other furniture than what shown in the picture. This room is a great value because of the location but you get what you paid for with the room.

No cancelation for some but not others??

I stayed in room 5 and my friend stayed across the hallway. We left a day early at 6 AM on Saturday morning. We did not stay Saturday night. We checked out by 6 AM sharp more than enough time before a normal 11 AM check out. My friend was refunded the night he did not use and I was told I could not get a refund. Why does one person get a refund and I do not for the exact same place on the exact same dates????

Beachfront efficiency

The property was roughly a year old and it still looked brand new, with everything functioning properly. There were, however, a couple of issues you need to be aware of. 1) The property is on a very poorly lit stretch of street surrounded by sketchy areas where anyone could be hiding. A drunken homeless man was passed out next to the door one evening. 2) While brand new, the walls (and doors) are paper thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING around you. If I were to stay here again, I’d bring earplugs and a flashlight!

This property was a vision to provide the best vacation experience to tourists coming to the Jaco Beach area for fun and relaxation. The property features 5 rooms, 1 administrator room and a restaurant at the front of the property. Each room is a Studio Luxury setup with a Queen Bed and with a Kitchenette (perfect for light meal preparations). The bathrooms are full and we are located just 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the center of Downtown Jaco Beach!
