Jacoビーチのメインストリップに位置し、コンドミニアムから50以上のレストラン、いくつかの市場、パブ、ショップ、映画館、ビーチまで徒歩わずか5分です。 1ベッドルーム、1バスルームが備わり、最近は磁器製の床、大理石のバスルーム、カスタムハードウッドのキャビネット、ステンレス製の家具が備わっています。

コミュニティは24時間ゲートガードされ、広いコミュニティプールと十分な安全な駐車場があります。

ご注意：プールは、改装のために8月6日から10月22日まで閉鎖されますが、プール付きのオーシャンフロントビーチクラブには徒歩圏内のパスを提供できます。

レジデンスには1ベッドルームとクイーンサイズベッドがあり、リビングエリアにはソファを兼ねたツインベッドと下から引き出す別のツインベッドがあります。 キッチンには十分な備蓄があり、寝室にもメインルームにもA / Cがあります。 リビングエリアとベッドルームにはスマートテレビがあります。

Awesome condo right next to Jaco Beach!

One of the best VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. The condo is newly renovated and the interiors are super nice. It also only a half block from Jaco Beach and from the main strip in Jaco. Shawn is an extremely knowledgeable host and was very helpful when planning our trip. Thanks Shawn!

The property is a short walk from the beach, and also has a nice pool on the grounds. We rented bikes in town and explored the area. Shawn the host was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. We never went wrong following his suggestions. It was very hot while we were there, and the condo was a welcoming, cool place to stay. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed including appliances and dishware. We had a great time and recommend it if you visit Jacó.

Great place

This property is just as advertised. The room is very nice & clean. The property & pool area is very nice & clean. The landlord lives in the same complex & is very responsive. The property is located just off the main strip. Food stores, shopping, and restaurants are right outside the gate. The beach is minutes away. We loved it & will be back. This was our first time in Costa Rica. Jaco is about 1.5 to 2 hours from the San Jose airport.

Jacó Paradise

Shawn is a great host and always responsive and willing to help out with any of your needs. Villa is as described with a very comfortable Queen size bed, drinkable tap water, nice stove, fridge and microwave. Lots of items in the storage room too bring to the beach like chairs, umbrellas, floats, fishing rods etc. 2-20 walk to many convenience and grocery stores/markets and same for some fabulous restaurants (Koko’s, Jerah, Hartley, Inferno, Puddlefish etc) for any budget. Taxis are readily available and the gate security guard will be happy to call you one. Price to g store was 1000 colones. But you can go anywhere in Jaco for under 3500 colones. The unit would benefit from having an outdoor ceiling fan on the patio to allow for more outdoor enjoyment during those hot evenings. Laundry was not an issue as there is a service that picks up and delivers onsite by request, called Lavamax. We had two large loads done for 6500 colones. Shawn is very accommodating as well, and is willing to do a load here and there as well in his unit which is very close by. All in all we had a wonderful 2 1/2 week vacation in Jaco and are already booked to go back next year with Shawn. We visited Rainmaker Eco park for a great 1/2 day hike through Angie (WhatsApp - Askangiecr ). We also hiked the beach to see a sloth and hiked the abandoned hotel called El Miro ( wear running shoes and bring your camera). Enjoy!

Great Stay in Jaco

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the community was safe and quiet. Shawn was very helpful with must see attractions. The guide and map were useful. Highly recommend!

This stay was a little piece of heaven.

The condo had everything we needed, a very nice pool and a short walk to the beautiful beach! The owner was very helpful including sending us lots of information about Jaco before we even arrived, so we could plan our stay. Great stay!

Awesome pad in Jaco

The condo had all the kitchen items you could need for a couple nights stay the bed so far has been the most comfortable bed we have slept on in Costa Rica. Great location for easily walking to beautiful Jaco beach, hike to El Miro, multiple restaurants with delicious food and Shawn was great giving us detailed ideas of what to do and eat would definitely stay again !

Wonderful experience all around

We booked over a month before our trip. From the start, this experience was excellent. Shawn was easy to reach regarding questions or concerns. The property is immaculate and in an excellent location for spending time in Jaco. Shawn also provides a very detailed email on recommendations: from getting to and from Jaco, to things to see and places to go. Please, if you choose this property, follow Shawn’s recommendations. I used my visa Avion points to rent a car through Budget (not recommended). Don’t use your points, use Shawns recommendations. To book an activity, go through Shawn. He is so connected and in tune with the town and the country, you will not go wrong. The apartment has everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked our own breakfasts and lunches and were not scrambling for utensils, pans etc. The bed is very comfortable, the towels large and fluffy. There are even coolers you can take to the beach which is one block away. The pools are very nice, you’re on the main strip not it is very quiet there. Security guards very welcoming and professional. The market and bakery right there. The cost of this beautiful apartment is very reasonable and an excellent deal across the board. Thank you again for a great experience in Costa Rica Shawn. It really was the trip of a lifetime.

Great Place

It is conveniently located on Main Street and gated. Mr. Fletcher will assist with anything you need and information on best places to visit or eat. Condo was extremely clean, the only negative is that someone went overboard with the pesticide. Other than that we had a great time.

Great location, clean, safe

Loved this place! It's nestled in a gated property right off the main strip in Jaco. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to in town. Shawn was very helpful. He met us the day we checked in and gave us some pointers on where to visit and eat (and places to avoid). We will be staying here again next time we come to Jaco!

Great Place and Wonderful Host. Shawn was Cordial and Over the Top in his Hospitality.

The place was Beautiful, Cozy and has Everything you need. It was gated and safe. You were close to everything and Shawn went through where to eat, what to do and more. If you need activities he can set them up for you too. One of the friendliest places you could ask for. Going to Jaco, then look no further. Highly Recommended.

Great stay!

The property was nicely remodeled, clean and was in a great location; close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Minor issues with the internet connections and disappointed with the laundry situation in Jaco. Shawn did offer to put a load of laundry through his machines which was kind but we did not want to bother him. We had a great stay and would return another time. Thanks Shawn for your help to make our first visit to Jaco a wonderful experience.

Great Stay in Playa Jaco made better!

Our three week stay in Jaco was perfect thanks to Shawn who did an excellent job of remodeling this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. We were able to alternate between eating in and out. The kitchen was very well stocked as was the bathroom with very plush towels and extra beach towels. The complex has easy access to the beach and is close to a mid-sized supermarket, many excellent restaurants and a fantastic bakery for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Shawn met us and personally provided us with a map showing us the location of the best hot spots in town. We were easily able to arrange tours in Herradura Beach and Manuel Antonio Park from Jaco. This unit has a shaded patio, perfect for sitting out to read. The complex has several pools kept at comfortable temperatures. Some are for very young children while others suit adults. The security staff are very friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend Shawn's unit to anyone wishing to rent it and would definitely stay there again.

Truly Paradise

My son and I just spent 5 days in Jaco for a father and son birthday / bonding trip. We had the most amazing time. The accommodations were incredible. The location was perfect. And the owner gave us such personal and excellent tips. We just followed his recommendations and had an incredible experience. We already want to rebook for next year and we want to bring the whole family. Thank you for everything.

Perfect way to spend a long weekend in a fun beach town.

Our stay at Shawn’s condo in Jaco was the perfect way to spend a long weekend in a fun beach town. The condo itself is updated, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air-conditioning was cold, the Wi-Fi worked well, and ample space to sprawl out for two of us. We rented a car at the airport, and parking was a breeze at the condo. The location is ideal, as there is a nice pool and hot tubs within the condo compound itself. Just beyond the gates, there is a grocery, café, local soda/bar, and a block away is JACO BEACH. Shawn was always accessible and just an email or phone call away. His recommendations for local attractions were all spot on and helped us pack as much fun into our trip as possible. Plenty of hiking and exploring can be done without the use of a vehicle, but a quick hour drive away takes you to the scenic (read: full of monkeys and sloths!) Manuel Antonio National Park. The bars and restaurants of Jaco offer something for everyone. We were able to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots at every price-point easily with Shawn’s map. Every single person we encountered on our trip was so friendly and welcoming to us as tourists, even with our very limited knowledge of Spanish. We would definitely return and would definitely stay longer!
