Perfect location!

The home is so sweet! Plenty of space and in an amazing location. Walkable to 2 beaches and a quick bike ride to the marketplace. Towels were provided and the beds were all nice! I’d stay here again!

Great place, great location!

We had an excellent week staying at this wonderfully spacious cottage! Everything was well maintained and they had everything that we needed to help make a great week at the Cape even better! I want some of those beach chairs with the pullover shades now!

Great, well equipped house and terrific location

House had everything we needed and short easy walk to the beach. Great to have an outdoor shower, beach cart and chairs, plenty of towels and A/C units in all bedrooms/living room since it was very hot that week. Additional plus was the retractable awning over the deck/outdoor dining/grilling area. Thanks for a great week!

Popponesset 2024

Cute cottage. Clean and bright. Good for a family of 4. Location is perfect close to the beach. We had one unforseen issue that was quickly addressed by the property management company. We had a great week!

Easy Everything in Popponessett

House was perfect for a small family in Popponessett. 5 minute walk to the Spit and maybe 20 minute walk, or quick drive to the Marketplace. Also perfect location to the Recreation center for kids to enjoy the playground. House was well equipped for a beach house with towels, beach chairs and cooler provided.

Popponesset House

Great location. 5 min walk to the beach. 5 min drive to the marketplace. Nice layout of the house. Only issue was that we had to wait 1 hour from our scheduled check in due to cleaners. I would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Perfect Poppy Vacation

We have been renting in Pomponessett for several years and this home was by far the best! Clean, perfect beach location, updated home with bright cottage decor and tons of amenities. Short walk to the beach and the spit. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard and deck. Outside shower was one of the best I’ve used. Hope to confirm back next year!

Great for young families

This was a great house for us. It is perfectly located between a really fun playground and the beach - both about a 3-5 minute walk - which was key to keeping our kiddo entertained and expending his 5 yr old energy. It was also a manageable (and beautiful) walk to the Poppy Marketplace for dinner/ice cream etc. (20 minute) The house had beach chairs, towels, toys and a cart which was so helpful especially when you already have to pack the house into the car when vacationing with small kids! It also had all the kitchen basics we needed to make some of our meals at home which was also great with small kids. In terms of the house itself, it is very clean and well maintained. Our only constructive feedback is that two of the bedroom doors don’t fully close which was tough with small kids who go to bed much earlier than everyone else. Not a big deal but something to know going in. To be fair it was exceptionally humid the week we were there so maybe that was the issue. The AC worked great though, it was super hot out but the house stayed cool. All in all we had a great week and would definitely return. Paul was incredibly responsive to our questions along the way. (Related - a friendly FYI, the awning works as long as the kitchen switch is flipped…we didn’t fully read the welcome information when we arrived so we figured that out late in our stay) Thank you for a fun family vacation!

Lovely Cape Stay

My family of four and parents stayed in Cape Cod at the end of June in 2022. When we first arrived we were impressed that the property and house was exactly how it looked on VRBO. We quickly started to unpack because we wanted to see the ocean. After looking everywhere for the beach cart, cooler, and chairs we realized they were locked away in the shed. Then, we noticed that one of the air conditioners was not working. So, I contacted our host and he got back to us quickly in regards to it. The next morning he promptly got the chairs, cart, and cooler out. He also was in contact with the owner in regards to the air conditioning unit and came back to install that the following day. I was happy how efficiently he handled the situation. He is very easy to communicate with. The property is a lovely home that fit us nicely for a week stay. The location to the beach is spot on. It was easy to walk to with two small children because the road is flat! The outdoor deck and outdoor shower was used constantly. We also were able to visit other parts of the Cape easily with our location. I only have a few minor suggestions for the actual house. It would be very helpful if there were more spoons in the kitchen. Also, it would be nice if there was a binder that told us how to use things or where things were in the house. For example, extra set of keys, awning, remote. All in all, we had a fantastic trip. The weather was flawless. It was 75-80 all week with no humidity! We definitely want to come back to Cape Cod again.
