My mother and three adult daughters spent three night together. We made dinner, floated in the pool, sat by the fire in the evening. We took lovely walks in the morning. The area was perfect for that. The house was extremely comfortable.

We had an amazing stay as a family of four. The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, pond, and marketplace. The kids especially loved spending time in the pool.Paul was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all of my questions. It was truly a memorable trip, and we’ll definitely keep this property in mind for future summer getaways.

Great stay

The house is very well finished. Very clean and well appointed. 1.5 block to a great beach. Pool is good sized for kids and family. Very nice patio. Great vacation.

Beautiful house, Great location! Kids love the pool.

What a beautiful home! The house was so clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and the pool was the perfect size for our family to enjoy. We loved being able to grill outdoors, make smores in the evenings, and relax by the pool after a long day at the beach. Great location—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to local shops and restaurants. Perfect for a summer getaway. Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll absolutely be booking this place again!

First time staying in this area, but not first time on cape cod. Popponesset beach was such a delight! Location feels central, but also tucked away. A friendly welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home and less like tourists. We rented this property based on amenities and comfortable space for each of us. This home absolutely delivered. It was immaculate. So tastefully appointed and furnished. On every level the home has been curated to meet the guests needs. I was so impressed to find everything we needed there plus extras I have not seen provided in other properties. The walkability to the beach and proximity to the marketplace just added to our stay. The backyard was an exceptional highlight, we used the pool non stop, loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas, Bluetooth speaker, and grill. What a wonderful feeling to all be together in this house! When I say they have thought of more than you can imagine, I can’t forget to mention how lovely Paul was to communicate with. His quick response and obvious pride and passion he manages his property company with was evident. He truly made us feel taken care of and at ease from booking to check out.
