Welcome to my home. This house is located at the end of the street in a small neighborhood. Very quiet area. very convenient location! You can find Movie theater, Malls, Shopping plaza, Restaurant, and Grocery store within 5 miles. Absolutely NO PARTY, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Deposit will be taken out if you violate any of the house rules above. Garage is not available at the moment. ID verifications are needed upon request.

Our family really enjoyed this home. It’s a great location and has everything you need if you’re the type of people who like to explore during the day and come home to a home cooked meal. It was super easy to communicate with the host. I highly recommend.

Sun n Fun Air Expo show

The property is really nice. It has been updated and it is very comfortable and modern.There is plenty of common areas to visit and to eat together. The modern kitchen is very comfortable and quite big.The house was spotless when I checked in and well outfitted.

Perfect for our business trip

We were in town for business so didn’t need anything with a lot of frills. House was clean, quiet, spacious enough for 3 people and the right location for us. We will consider renting it again next year as this is an annual trip.

Great stay, beautiful home!

Loved this cute home! I felt at home while here. It’s beautiful, upgraded and had everything we needed. The host was so amazing! Kept us in the loop on the property after the hurricane and super quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely be coming back!

Great Sleep

We only booked the property for 2 nights and it suited our needs perfectly. Very well supplied with amenities and exactly as the pictures showed. The very best part were the beds along with being at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood we had the most restful sleep of our 6 week vacation.

Wonderful experience

The air b&b was a great option especially with kids ! The rooms and space was amazing and all The condiments were there to enjoy except there was no way to get access to WiFi otherwise was great!

Beautiful home with all necessities. Rooms were spacious . Loved that house is situated at the end of the street! .was there for my daughter's graduation from the sheriff's department and the home was perfect for our need!

Great Little House

This property had a great location and was overall nice but did have a couple of broken items, a few of the drawers and cabinets have been damaged, and the the back bedroom has a tv with a messed up picture. Could have been from a previous guestbefore us but overall pretty gppd!

Great little house

We stayed with our Framily and enjoyed the house. It was perfect size. Only downfall was that some of the electrical plugs were not working in a couple bedrooms.

Excellent quiet rental and excellent rental

Recently remodeled by appearance and very clean with great new appliances. Landscaping could use some improvement but with live oaks, you have the leaves. Communication with the owner was 6 stars.

Family visit in Tampa area

We have family in Riverview and Brandon is right near by! The house was bright and comfortable. There is a small park 2 blocks away and we could walk the neighborhood. You definitely need a car for shopping. Overall a really nice home and we would use again.

Feel a little short

The property was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO pictures. Everything, appeared clean and renovated.Unfortunately, there was an odor in the home that was extremely off putting. The owner was slow to respond to communication. They were apologetic in terms of our concerns but made no efforts to assist us remedy our concerns.

Great house and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, and comfortable and close to everything we needed to be near. The pictures depicted the true look of the house. The home owner was very nice and usually quick to respond and provided us with all the information we needed. The only issue we had was the temp was locked between 72 - 78 and we were not able to turn on A/C when outside temp was 80 degrees, so the house was very warm at 78 degrees for us "Northerners". Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend staying there.
