Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This is a brand new home to enjoy your vacation and have everything nearby. Walking distance to Busch Gardens. Explore all the best rated restaurants in Tampa Downtown or enjoy time away in the most wonderful beaches around like Clearwater or St Pete Beach.

The space
Right after you enter at end of hallway to your left you have our first front bedroom with one twin bed and another twin bed that opens up to a king size bed.

Then you’ll find a full bathroom with a full bathtub. Don’t worry about carrying with you Shampoo, conditioner, soap or towels, we have taking care of that for you.

Right next to it, is our second middle bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed, great space to be enjoyed by kids or adults as well.

After these two bedrooms and full bathroom you have a coffee station for you to enjoy your coffee or tea, coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamer are complementary on us.

Full kitchen is right next to it, with a large countertop bar like with its bar stool for you to enjoy whatever you are in the mood for.

Enjoy an open concept dinner table for 6, next to a living-room area with a nice sleeper comfy couch, that seats across from a nice smart 65” tv for you to enjoy our complementary Disney plus, Hulu, ESPN, prime video and much more free tv.

Last but not least, our master bedroom has a huge king size bed, with a nice smart tv right in front for you to watch a complementary shows with Netflix, prime video, Hulu, ESPN, Disney plus and much more, with his/Her’s touch reading lights on the head board, each side with its night stands, full walk-in closet, and full/shower master bathroom for full privacy. Furthermore, from your master bedroom you have your own exit into a nice ample wooden deck. Enjoy!

It was spacious and the beds are comfortable. We communicated that there was no cutting board the host arranged to have one delivered within a couple hours.We found quite a few dirty dishes at check in. I would also prefer top sheets on the beds not only fitted. Suggest display of instructions for checking out- what is expected for dirty sheets, garbage etc.

This home is lovely to stay in. The neighborhood in spots look shady but you can tell they are trying to bring the neighborhood up with new homes. The host was very patient with me prior to arrival. Being the very first time doing something like this i was really nervous. The photo when you look up the address through google map shows a duplex across the street. The map on vbro pinged the house on opposite of a main street. My family enjoyed our stay. The beds are very firm (which we are more of soft matress family). Home was very clean.

We were in town for the RV show at the fairgrounds. It was conveniently located. The house was very clean! It suited our needs perfectly.

The house is beautiful and clean and the host is very eat to talk to! I would recommend having fresh coffee and extras for the coffee bar. Other than that we enjoyed it!

The house is fine and you can literarily walk to Busch Gardens. The neighborhood is sketchy and scary. Lots of loud people walking and drinking on the side walk across the street.

House was beautiful. Very clean. Blocks from BG which is great for families! Quiet street, neighbors are nice. A rooster near by for you wake up calls.

Inside of this property is perfect. It’s spacious, had everything we needed and seems to be newly renovated. Neighborhood is a little sketch, but people also have said “that’s Tampa.” It was centrally located for what we needed, which made it ideal. Backyard and back deck need a little TLC. Owner was great to work with and very responsive! Would recommend.

2 night stay for Busch Gardens visit

The place was very comfortable for my family of 6. It is super convenient to Busch Gardens. The place was super clean and the beds were comfy. On our first night, the hot water ran out after 5 minutes but for the rest of our stay, it seemed to work properly! Perhaps the cleaners had just been there and run it for a while. The WiFi worked well. There was no cable TV.

Business trip

I was in town for an extended business trip leasting about a month. I arrived shortly after the passing of hurricane Milton. The owner of the home graciously made a trip to the home to clean and prepare the property for my stay. They even offered the use of their only generator should I require power. Fortunately, power was restored prior to my arrival. I also had a couple of small issues that came up during my stay and they were very quick to respond and help me through these issues. I greatly appreciated their availability and assistance with these issues. The home was great with new furnishings which greatly accommodated my needs for the time I was there. If there was anything I would like to had was a pizza cutter. But my one month stay was excellent and I did feel secure with the property and location.
