Britannia #634 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath third floor condo in a peaceful residential complex at the heart of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach corridor.

Offering canal front living with a shared dock, multiple private patios, and an easy walk to Seven Mile Beach, it’s ideal for families or groups who want space, privacy, and a central location close to Camana Bay, restaurants, and shopping.

LIVING AREA & INTERIOR FEATURES

• Bright open concept layout with comfortable living and dining areas.

• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with induction stovetop, double oven, wine fridge, wet bar, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

• Two private patios with canal views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

• Central A/C, ceiling fans, high speed Wi Fi, and in unit washer/dryer for added convenience.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom, and walk in closet.

• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private en suite bathroom.

STARTER ESSENTIALS PROVIDED

To make arrival easy, a helpful starter pack is provided:

• Canal front setting with access to a shared/private dock, great for kayak or boat rentals and exploring North Sound.

• Approximately a 7–10 minute walk to Seven Mile Beach, so you can enjoy the sand and sea while staying in a quieter residential enclave.

• Complimentary beach gear for guest use, including:

• Seven portable beach chairs

• One beach umbrella

• One stand up paddleboard

DINING & WHO THIS SUITS

Britannia 634 is ideal for guests who want a quiet, residential feel inside a resort style community while still being within an easy walk or very short drive of Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, and a wide range of restaurants and bars. It works particularly well for families, small groups, and longer stay guests who value space, central location, and lots of dining variety without being right on the main road.

WALKING DISTANCE OPTIONS (APPROX. 5–15 MINUTES)

From Britannia (634 Britannia Drive), guests can walk out through the complex toward West Bay Road and Camana Bay and reach multiple casual and mid range spots along the Seven Mile Beach corridor:

• Camana Bay restaurants – About a 10–15 minute walk, depending on route; home to Agua, Abacus, Union, KARoo, and several cafés and grab and go options.

• Seven Mile Beach accesses & corridor spots – Roughly 8–12 minutes on foot to reach West Bay Road and nearby beach access points, plus quick bites and casual bars along that stretch.

These allow guests who enjoy walking to head out for dinner, drinks, or a movie at Camana Bay without always needing to drive.

SHORT DRIVE – SEVEN MILE BEACH & CORRIDOR DINING (APPROX. 3–8 MINUTES)

Within about a 3–8 minute drive, guests have dozens of dining options from casual to upscale along Seven Mile Beach and at Camana Bay:

• Peppers, Coconut Joe’s, XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill – Casual, family friendly spots for grilled meats, pizzas, burgers, and cocktails along West Bay Road.

• Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar – Lively local favorite for creative Mexican dishes and a deep tequila list.

• Yoshi Sushi – Popular sushi and Japanese spot with a buzzy atmosphere near Seven Mile Beach.

• Ragazzi – Long time favorite for wood fired pizza and Italian classics with a strong wine list.

• Luca – Upscale Mediterranean inspired dining on Seven Mile Beach, ideal for a special night out.

• Camana Bay – Roughly 3–5 minutes by car from Britannia, with Agua, Abacus, Union, KARoo, and other waterfront or courtyard restaurants and bars.

For guests with a rental car, Britannia is a very strong choice: you’re rarely more than 5–10 minutes from a huge variety of dining and beach club options.

FURTHER AFIELD – WEST BAY & GEORGE TOWN (APPROX. 10–20 MINUTES)

If guests are happy to drive a bit farther (still relatively close):

• Macabuca & Cracked Conch (West Bay) – Around 10–15 minutes’ drive; casual tiki bar vibes at Macabuca and more upscale Caribbean fusion at Cracked Conch, both oceanfront and fantastic at sunset.

• Ristorante Pappagallo (West Bay) – About 15–20 minutes away; destination Italian restaurant beside a bird sanctuary, great for a special evening.

• Calypso Grill (Morgan’s Harbour) – Roughly 15–20 minutes; colorful waterfront setting, excellent seafood, and well known desserts.

• The Wharf (George Town) – About 10–15 minutes by car toward George Town; classic oceanfront restaurant right on the water’s edge.

Nearby activities from Britannia include easy beach days along Seven Mile, shopping and events at Camana Bay, and straightforward access by car or tour to island highlights like Stingray City excursions, the Turtle Centre, and Dolphin attractions.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING

• Third-floor unit accessible via stairs only (no elevator) Parking: Ample on-site parking is available for guest use

• One reserved parking space is provided.

PROMOTIONS

Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including seasonal Stay 7, Pay 6 offers from May 1 to November 1, along with last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.

Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.

Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

Wonderful condo. Lots of space to spread out and fully furnished and stocked. The pool is large and well kept, and most days we had it to ourselves. Being able to walk to Fosters and Camana Bay is a definite plus. Great location with easy access to wherever you want to go.

Great stay

I’ve stayed in a lot of different places but this was by far one of the easiest/best. Extremely accurate listing, nothing hidden from the guest. The property manager Ildi is very nice and knowledgeable and gave some great tourist suggestions for the visit. Also extremely convenient location to dive shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. Worth the stay!

Wonderful Property

We met our adult kids here. All of us loved the accommodations. The condominium was well laid out, very spacious, and all of the bedrooms/bathrooms were lovely. The location was very convenient to everything. We walked each morning and really enjoyed the views. So many wonderful memories made here.

Great condo, great escape!

Great, updated and clean condo with all the amenities you need. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony by the canal, very peaceful. Seven mile beach is beautiful, amazing sunsets, it was about a 10 minute walk from the condo. We did rent a car which was a great way to explore the island and check out other beaches. Also enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious condo

This property has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The rain shower in the master bedroom was wonderful. Plenty of closet space to unpack all your belongings. Located very close to Foster’s grocery store which had everything you could need. Seven Mile beach was a walkable distance, it had the whitest sand beaches and clearest water. We would definitely stay here again.

Cayman Family Dream Vacation

The entire experience was amazing! The condo is exactly as it is pictured and more! Perfect for a large family, its spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located minutes to beaches and restaurants. Lldi is super responsive and a wealth of info. The tip on fresh fish from the Fish Market made for a home grilled fish dinner to die for. Will definitely be back!!
