This newly remodeled 3 Bedroom & 1/5-bathroom private home has all the amenities and special extras that will make your stay very comfortable. It has No Pool but is located in the desirable 'SOSO’ neighborhood (east of US1) and only 2.5 miles from the beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. inside this modern/comfy home in the heart of West Palm Beach. It is complete with a fully stocked kitchen with decorative floral wallpaper & ample dining space. Located just minutes from Palm Beach, You will fall in love with this special gem. A five to ten-minute drive will take you to the beach, Palm Beach, Worth Avenue, and many bars & restaurants $12 uber drive to the airport.

The home was beautifully decorated. It was in a great central location for exploring the Palm beaches. The house was well stocked and we really appreciated the extra bath and beach towels provided.

We stay at multiple vrbo type properties each year. Adam was, hands down, the VERY BEST at communicating and responding quickly to our couple of questions. This is the kind of host you want to have. He was AMAZING.While we came to town for a 4-day event, we were out & about a lot, always wanting to have more time at this cozy home. The beds were great, and the house is equipped with everything you need to cook and be comfy. Location: the landscaping tucks away the house into a private lot. We LOVED this. The SoSo neighborhood was also so quaint. Since we were on the go a lot, our favorite part was exploring ALL of the restaurants. We were close enough to walk for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner... and ice cream. Wow! When searching for restaurants, there were more than 200 in a 2 mile radius of the house! (We did quaint mom & pops and a Michelin rated find a well)The house layout works really well, too. Having the 3rd bedroom/second living room on the opposite side of the house was so perfect... the late night friend could stay up watching TV without disturbing the early to bed friends. Highly recommend for location, coziness, and amazing host. We would stay here again!

Perfect for remote work and relaxing

Property was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the fenced in yard so our dog could run around. We loved walking down to the intercoastal every morning. The house was nicely appointed and had all the necessary accoutrements to make our stay even better.

Didn’t want to leave!

Love this property! It was perfect for our family and pet. So many special touches that made us feel at home. Interior decor was gorgeous! Comfy beds, clean, even a play room for our toddler and big backyard. Property manager was helpful, professional, and easy to contact. Five Stars!

Perfect gateway close to the beach!

This place is very charming & comfortable and even better than in the photos. It is cleaned very well, hard to believe it’s pet-friendly. Full stack kitchen beautifully decorated/designed. There is a lot of spare bedding and towels, the hosts try hard to make sure their guests are comfortable. The host even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy our stay:) Yard is beautiful and very spacious as well. Easy 7 min drive to Palm Beach public beach. Bakery, coffee or fresh squeezed juice shops are less then 5 min drive! This place is awesome! Even Carvel is a cross the street!!! We (2 adults)would stay here again in a heartbeat..Thank you!

Excellent Host and Property

Our stay could not have been more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable for four adults and a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was a great bonus for our toddler and for outdoor dining. It was great to have the washer/dryer, and there was even a playroom/family room with some toys and an additional TV and pull-out sofa. Our host truly thought of every detail. The house was SO conveniently located. The beach, the zoo, great restaurants, and golf all within five to fifteen minutes. Our host was amazing! I had several questions when we arrived, and he returned my calls and texts immediately. He was always helpful and gracious. Thanks, Adam, for your hospitality! We will definitely be booking again!

Excellent Stay

Enjoyed our stay at Adam's property in West Palm. Nicely renovated Home that was very clean and offered fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms with any anything you might need. Adam was easy to communicated with. Backyard is also very nice with numerous different sitting & dining areas. Welcome gifts were much appreciated and enjoyed. Only major issue we experienced was the weak Wifi signals to the TV's which kept losing connection. Nice walking/biking path nearby on the waterway, but must drive to restaurants and the beach. There are numerous good restaurants within 1-2 miles. We would very much consider this property again if in the area.

Perfect gem

This gem is a must if you want to explore West Palm Beach. Everything was perfect upon arrival. This beautiful house is located in a convenient location within walking distant to shops and stores and within a few minutes to Palm Beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed. The whole house has a mid-century modern vibe which we absolutely love, very clean and funky (lots of cool wallpaper). The bedrooms were cozy and the beds are very comfortable. A big selling point was the amazing yard that was perfect for our 10yr old dog Shiba Inu. He loved having the space, you don’t often find, to run and explore while with us on vacation. We also enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a cocktail, listening to music, while enjoying the awesome Florida nights. The kids liked there is an ice cream shop right across the street too. The drive to Palm Beach and beaches was very quick and easy, I would say it’s approximately 7-10 mins. Overall, we felt very welcomed by Adam, he was very easy going and quick to communicate with us. If you’re looking for a nice quiet house within walking distance to the ocean, this place is a must. We can’t wait to stay here again!
