Cute and simple! Exactly what we needed for our weekend. The parking was a tad difficult but other than that, close enough to the interstate to get everywhere quickly but far enough away from any major tourist areas to be quiet and relaxing.

Great place with great location!

The property was exactly as described. It provided a great safe location for our family while in the area - close to attractions, parks, stores, and restaurants. This property is very cute; located on the second floor above a local business. Has lots of windows for wonderful natural light with spacious eat-in kitchen area. Would rent again!

Accurate description of large apartment in nice Richmond Heights area.

My son and I had a great stay. All communication was great. Area is nice and convenient to downtown. Apartment was clean. City noises from streets at night are a reality but true of anywhere in the Lou or another city. Free parking in a well lit little lot right behind apartment. We will definitely rent again if we need a place to stay in StL.

Cute little area in the center of all the fun. Room is clean and well kept. Access to the property after check-in was nice and easy.

My stay

I rented this place for a couple of my friends who were coming in town for a wedding. Absolutely loved it. The location was nice, the parking was nice, and the place was the perfect size and clean and put together. I highly recommend staying here!

Very happy with our stay. Listing was just as described. It was the perfect place for us and we highly recommend it. Received quick responses from the owner. Short trip time into the city made it even more perfect. Thanks for offering this space as an affordable option when in town.

Left stranded

Can’t say much about the property due to never getting the info for check in which left us stranded at 11 o’clock at night with 3 kids However vrbo was very helpful they refunded our money and got us a hotel for the night.

WashU graduation

This is a very convenient and cute converted second floor walk up apartment. It’s close to Wash U and Fontbonne on Big Bend Ave.The street is pretty busy.It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Francis Olympic Field. It was generally clean. I did note dust behind the pullout sofa bed in the living area and dust on that windowsill. Note that there is a steep flight of stairs to the apartment. The owner was kind to ask about snack preferences and left some snacks for us. She was easily reachable when I couldn’t figure out how to open the sofa bed. Suggest they provide a garbage can in the kitchen as the only receptacle was small and in the bathroom.Overall it was fine for a family visiting WashU. We did not bring a pet, but it seemed very pet friendly as there were 2 dog bowls left out and a container with dog biscuits.

Hair Everywhere

Apartment pictures matched pictures on website. Convenient location. Apartment had all amenities listed on web. There was dog fur and human hair everywhere. Communication with the host was not as good as hoped.

Apartment over a business

Nice little apartment. Not marked so read the instructions before arrival. Took me a minute to figure out the locks but that’s probably my fault. Would stay there again.

Nice little home away from home

This property is centrally located in the metro STL area and had most of the essentials. The property could have been cleaner, but all-in-all it is a decent place to stay at a good price.
