Enjoy the blend of timeless style and modern updates, including ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom, carpeted bedrooms, and hardwood floors in the living areas. Street parking is available, with optional garage access for longer stays. Includes a refrigerator, HVAC, dishwasher, stove, microwave, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV.

Welcome to your cozy second-floor retreat! As soon as you step inside, you’ll head up a short flight of stairs to access the full condo, including spacious living areas, comfy bedrooms, and sparkling bathrooms. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay extra comfortable, including plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The kitchen is stocked with an Instapot for quick meals and a Keurig complete with coffee, tea, and cider—because mornings are better with options!

Now, let’s talk about the quirks of a second-floor condo. Yes, heat does rise—but so does your comfort level! On rare record-hot days, feel free to crank up the A/C (it’s powered by a brand-new HVAC system installed in June 2023) and turn on the fan we’ve provided. Rest assured, you’ll stay cool and comfortable no matter the weather.

To make settling in a breeze, you’ll find a printed guide waiting for you upon arrival. It’s packed with helpful info, like where to find remotes, extra blankets, and cleaning supplies—so no scavenger hunts required.

Cleanliness is a top priority here. The condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every stay, following industry standard's five-step enhanced cleaning process. What does that mean for you?

Danny’s property is great! We weren’t planning on spending a lot of time at the property as we had lots to do, so it was the perfect spot to get to and from STL quickly. The property has some rough edges due to just being old, but nothing that gets in the way of anything.

Clean, well stocked with towels, coffee, pods, and enough dishes for our purposes. Working stove, microwave, and single serve coffee machine.Cute and the location was handy with easy parking. Everything went well with check in. Things I'd note that didn't really take away from the experience but might be important to future visitors: If you have mobility issues the narrow stairs to access this unit might be a problem. Our group did not so we just had to handle my teen complaining about bringing her suit case up it.

Found some bonuses after arrival, like an air mattress that helped siblings who didn’t want to share a bed, an air fryer, an assortment of children’s books and games for the family. Beds and linens were just right and during the heat of July this upstairs apartment kept very cool. That was one thing we did not know about (might have missed it in the listing), this is an upstairs apartment with a steep set of stairs inside the front door after the half dozen steps in front. Not a problem for us, just didn’t know about it.

This was our second stay at this property, and I recommend it highly. The condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is terrific. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to visit, including Forest Park and museums, the Arch, Missouri Botanical Garden, and more. There are lots of restaurants just a five minute drive away if you don't feel like cooking. However, the kitchen was well-equipped to prepare simple meals.Host Danny is excellent about responding to questions promptly. This property is an excellent value. The only caveat is that it might not be a good fit for those with mobility issues, since you’ll need to climb a steep set of stairs to access this second story unit.

Danny was incredibly welcoming and informative. She responded very quickly and was very helpful. The space was perfect. Every amenity you could want is there. The complimentary coffee, extra blankets, and plentiful streaming services were greatly enjoyed by us. The house is incredibly St. Louisan. It was close to everything, only minutes from everything we wanted to do!

Wonderful

It's a beautiful old apartment, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The size of the landing at the top of the stairs/to go into the living room is a little scary, so I probably wouldn't bring a small child. Other than that, my husband and I agreed that we wouldn't mind staying there again some time!

Hidden gem

This was such a cute place to stay! The kitchen was gorgeous, everything was super clean, the bedrooms and living room were also very cute! We plan to try to stay here again if available for all our future trips to St.Louis. Everything we wanted was within a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place

Danny is an amazing host. She’s very prompt with messages and answers all your questions you may have. It’s a nice place, super clean, and smells amazing. I also liked that it’s a quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check out are super simple processes as well. Nice sized garage as well for people staying for longer visits. I will definitely be booking again. I honestly didn’t have one negative thing to say about the place because it was perfect for just myself or if I bring my husband and kids next year.

Great place.. So clean and smells good She has everything u need for ur stay. The host did a great job setting up the apartment. Only thing if u got kids under 4 its not that safe with the stairs and bad angle so u cant put a gate. Thanks for making my trip that much better

House was just as described

House is in a great location. Nice neighborhood. No issues with parking . Owner responded immediately when i had a couple of questions. Check out was the least amount of work I've ever had at a vrbo. Put towels in bathroom and dishes in sink. So simple and easy.

I am an avid foodie, and local explorer of all things cool in the Lou…which is why I lived in South City St. Louis for so long! One of the best parts about living in Saint Louis is that you can get to everything. Whether you're looking for a place to relax, or a place to party, it's all right there in the city. No matter what you're looking for, this condo is perfectly place. It's close to Lafayette Square, Benton Park, Soulard, and Fox Park, and Ballpark Village, so you can walk or bike anywhere in the city...just steps from some of the best restaurants and cocktail bars in the area. It's also close to Forest Park the second largest urban park in the country!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The condo is on the second floor. When you enter the condo, you will immediately go up stairs accessing the full condo. All living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, are included. There are plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels for guests. The condo also has an Instapot and Keurig with fully stocked coffee, tea and cider.

With a second floor condo …heat rises! The living room may be a little warm on the record hot days, but feel free to crank the A/c up and if necessary, use a fan (provided). The HVAC system is brand new (installed June 2023), so it can handle it!

Upon arriving, there will be a full guide to the entire condo printed out to orient guest to where everything is in the rooms (i.e., remotes, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc.)

I follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:
- I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
