2 Bed w/ Private Pool on Canal/Cul-de-sac, minutes from the Beach, Dog friendly

This home is bright, open, airy, and clean - the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is just 2.5 miles from the beach - and you can actually get there without spending hours in gridlock traffic. Everything you need is just down the street including an Aldi's, ABC Store, and a host of restaurants.

The home is built around the lanai and pool area. Everything is connected to it. Huge doors open FULLY which gives the effect of truly being open space. Enjoy this view from a dedicated office space.

The kitchen is freshly updated with several new appliances and granite countertops. The full bath has been updated as well. Everything works well, water pressure is fantastic, and it's clean.

The beach is only 2.5 miles away, easily driven to with limited traffic. Caspersen Beach is famous for finding shells and shark teeth. Venice, Nokomis and Manasota Beaches are also within about 15 minutes away!! Enjoy free (by donation) yoga at Venice Beach each day and a visit to downtown Venice is a must!

The backyard offers great sunrise views over the canal. The neighborhood is designated as a Bird Sanctuary. Every morning the wood storks and other birds come visit the yard. The canal is home to Florida wildlife. Keep pets and small children away from it, especially at night. It's nature in Florida, use good judgement.

The house is stocked with basic necessities such as an assortment of pots, pans, dishes, outdoor grill, etc. We provide linens and bath and beach towels. There's a washer and dryer on site. A few pool/beach extras including bags, coolers, beach blanket and chairs are provided (these items are subject to change based on previous guest use).

Up to two small dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with fee; and, there's a small fenced in area by the front door. The fence is only 24" high; so, make your own decision if it's suitable for your pet. Please get approval for your pet(s) before booking.

This is a residential neighborhood and guests should only select this home if they’re looking for a quiet stay. Noise restrictions from 9PM - 9AM.

Standard electric, gas and water usage are included.

The pool is not heated. This means it's likely limited use for Southerners during "winter" months. Northerners, who knows what they consider warm enough :)

60 day minimum stay during peak season (Dec-April). 30 days considered other months. We will consider additional discounts for stays of 90 days+ or 6 months+.
