Playa Royale is located in a 20 km beach, where you can walk with magnificent sunsets
This condo is on tower 3, and it has a DEN which we transformed into an extra bedroom, with a queen sized bed. Enjoy having a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer machine. Smart TVs and High Speed internet.

NEW SERVICE
We have cleaning services inlcuded on the price. One complete service with linen exchange per week, and one Basic service per week (with no linen exchange). We also include final cleaning service.

Christmas stay

Property is great but unit needs some upgrades. No extras like spices, basics like salt and pepper not included. Floors did not feel clean, ie sand on the floors. Dishes, pots and pans and cutlery are sparse. Minimal detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. No extra bags for garbage

Family spring break

This condo was perfect for our family’s spring break getaway! The owner/manager was super responsive! Playa Royale is always wonderful. It was nice to have the pack and play set up upon arrival for the grand baby😀. We used the palapa for BBQ one night and enjoyed the pools and ocean daily. 100% recommend!

Perfect place!

We loved this condo for our Christmas week at Playa Royale. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was even a pack n play for our granddaughter. The owner was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Only compliments for this stay!

Playa Royale Paradise

Elsa’s condo was the perfect place to stay for a week of rest and relaxation. The condo was spotless and location 10+. A nicer beach would be hard to find and staff at Playa Royale could not have been nicer. Elsa was extremely easy to deal with and obviously takes great pride in her property right down to the fine details. This was my 7th visit to Playa Royale and it will not be my last at Elsa’s outstanding property.

Perfect Nuevo Vallarta Getaway

Our stay at Elsa's condo in Playa Royale was wonderful. Elsa was always quick to respond and made sure our visit with our young infant went smoothly–she even made sure we had a crib set up for our son! Thank you so much, Elsa!!

Excellent

The condo is absolutely beautiful and working with Elsa., the host was perfect. She is incredibly responsive. The condo is stocked with everything you need and the cleaning services were great. Can’t recommend it enough. This is the second time we have used a property hosted by Elsa and can only recommend her as incredibly efficient, responsive and accommodating.

Family New years in Paradise

Beautiful condo

I have stayed at Playa Royale before in a family members condo so I knew I already loved the resort, beautiful, clean, relaxing safe. This unit is great! The furniture is very comfortable and the description is accurate. 3 bedrooms and a washer and dryer. A great location!

Vallarta Vacation

Absolutely fantastic property. Everything was wonderful with the unit and the staff at Playa Royale are very nice and accommodating. Elsa answered all questions in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. We’re definitely coming back!!

Perfect size for our family

This unit was perfect for what we needed. Here are just a few helpful hints, they were Fixing/ updating hot water system half way through our week. You know have to allow 15 min to get hot water going to the unit. And the cleaning company came twice while we were there, which is awesome but I wish we would have known when they were coming so I could have had certain things picked up or put away. Or known so we could have planned out activities around that time. I would absolutely book again!

Baca at Playa Royale

This property is beautiful and the condo was great! It was supplied with almost everything you need. We loved it and would love to come back. Elsa was great in communication too. All the staff was very kind and friendly!
