Amazing stay and property

My husband and I came with our 3 school age children and we had the best time! The property was super cute and very clean and comfortable. The backyard was lovely and the pool was very well heated (that’s a must for me) and thought it wasn’t huge, it was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us. The grill was awesome and we used it a number of times. Easy walk to the beach and centrally located. We will def be back! I also love that it’s a duplex, and that family or friend can stay right next to us!!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at this property! 2 adults, 2 kids (11 & 14) GREAT location for restaurants, grocery shopping and so close to the beach! The backyard was beautiful and quiet day or night. The bedrooms were roomy and great for 2 kids sharing a room. We have already talked about returning!

Incredible stay at Breezy Harbor

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every second on AMI. Mario was a wonderful and gracious host. This home had everything we needed to get through the week including a highchair for our daughter. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, everything was clean and well stocked from beach towels to beach essentials like a wagon and beach chairs. Mario and his staff have thought of everything you might need. I’d highly recommend visiting and staying in this space if you have a young family. It is perfect with the pool & short, easy walk to the beach. Thank you, Mario!

Great location with awesome pool

It was a wonderful house, very nice heated pool. All the beach amenities were included and we used the wagon to walk to the beach each day. The house has all the basic amenities too, it’s very comfortable. We enjoyed our week!

The property is lovely and very well maintained. The beach is beautiful! It was really nice to have the chairs and beach umbrella to use and Mario was very responsive to messages. Great spot!

Best vacation ever!

We had the most wonderful stay! Beautiful home and pool, perfect location, super easy check-in, short walk to the beach (with beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon provided). Mario was a wonderful host and very willing to help us have the best stay possible. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay on AMI

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this wonderful property. The home lived up to the listing and was incredibly clean and cozy. The location was perfect for quick beach access and the owners provided a ton of supplies for a day at the beach. The pool was just the right size for a refreshing soak after a day in the sun. And at night the house is located perfectly between great restaurants on the north and south end of the island. It was also a good home base for a day trip to Disney with our toddler! I was lucky enough to meet Mario, the owner, at the end of our stay and heard about more projects he has planned to improve the property even further. The owners have a lot of pride and passion for the property and it creates an amazing experience for the guests.

Great family vacation spot!

This was a perfect vacation house for our family of 4. The property was well kept and had all of the amenities we needed. The pool was clean and heated allowing swim time anytime of the day. It was an easy walk (leisurely 8ish minute walk with a full wagon and kids) to the beach. Wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys were all available for use and much appreciated. Everything else we did outside of the house on AMI was a quick drive. We would probably rent a golf cart next time just for fun. Plenty to do on the island (restaurants, ice cream, shopping, painting sand dollars, etc.) and all easily accessible from this location. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

This home was exactly as described in the listing and more. We swam in the pool almost everyday and it was heated well. Many pool toys that were available. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to the beach. There was a beach wagon, 4 chairs, and umbrella for use which made going to the beach with kids much more easy for our family! The home is beautiful and well maintained. Small touches were noticed including welcome snacks. The owner came during our stay to replace some of the outdoor furniture. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this home and would consider staying again in the future if we return to Anna Maria Island!

Great Vacation Rental!

We were originally scheduled to stay in October but the owner was very accommodating in allowing us to reschedule so that we weren’t coming at the tail end of a hurricane. While the weather was definitely cooler, we enjoyed our time staying here. It was very comfortable and had many comforts of home. We loved that they provided all house necessities we needed for the week. It’s always frustrating having to go purchase all the things just for a week. The streaming services were also a very nice included amenity. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the trolley stop. We loved the location. The pool was perfect and well maintained during our stay. The property itself was also very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved Anna Maria Island and plan to come back again. We will definitely consider staying at this vacation home again,

First time in AMI

First but not last because of this stay, next time I will request more days! The ease of everything so close including the beach, was just amazing! Loved it and owners are very responsive and fast!
