Charming Breeze Harbor boasts a private heated pool and sits on a quaint corner of AMI. Upon arriving you will immediately relax bird watching and enjoying the breeze. You'll love grilling in the lush yard and the 6-min walk to the beach and nearby AMI trolley stop. The supermarket is a couple of streets over. The home is perfect for families, couples, 1x 50Lb pet (fee), and working remotely. Parking for 2 vehicles plus your toys.

This home is half of a twin duplex, and each of them has its own private pool, parking, and enclosed exterior areas. We keep our homes impeccable and you will have absolute privacy from the sister unit "Salty harbor".

Perfect Stay

This home was exactly as described in the listing and more. We swam in the pool almost everyday and it was heated well. Many pool toys that were available. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to the beach. There was a beach wagon, 4 chairs, and umbrella for use which made going to the beach with kids much more easy for our family! The home is beautiful and well maintained. Small touches were noticed including welcome snacks. The owner came during our stay to replace some of the outdoor furniture. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this home and would consider staying again in the future if we return to Anna Maria Island!

Great Vacation Rental!

We were originally scheduled to stay in October but the owner was very accommodating in allowing us to reschedule so that we weren’t coming at the tail end of a hurricane. While the weather was definitely cooler, we enjoyed our time staying here. It was very comfortable and had many comforts of home. We loved that they provided all house necessities we needed for the week. It’s always frustrating having to go purchase all the things just for a week. The streaming services were also a very nice included amenity. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the trolley stop. We loved the location. The pool was perfect and well maintained during our stay. The property itself was also very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved Anna Maria Island and plan to come back again. We will definitely consider staying at this vacation home again,

First time in AMI

First but not last because of this stay, next time I will request more days! The ease of everything so close including the beach, was just amazing! Loved it and owners are very responsive and fast!
