For those seeking an extraordinary and authentic Vallarta experience, and not just another cookie-cutter condo, MyVallartaPenthouse occupies the entire top floor with amazing views, beautiful Mexican style interior design and its own private dipping pool! The penthouse offers panoramic views from every room of the Banderas bay, ocean, jungle, mountains, village, and the famous Guadalupe cathedral. The property can be configured as a 2BR or 3BR (converted den) with 3 full baths. The spacious residence is all on one level with architectural 12 ft. high ceilings throughout and is furnished with an eclectic mix of authentic, custom made, Mexican and modern furniture, all designed in the style of a private villa in the sky.

Centrally located in the Romantic Zone’s hilltop Alta Vista neighborhood, just two blocks from the dynamic Basillo Badilio Restaurant Row and walking distance to famous Los Muertos beach and the Historic Downtown. The property offers the best that Puerto Vallarta has to offer, the highest level luxury amenities as well as immersion into the the local culture, with small shops, local residents and the nearby Emiliano Zapata farmers market.

Sophisticated interiors feature a mix of contemporary furnishings, fine artwork, traditional Mexican style pieces and 4 smart flat screen TV’s w/English & Spanish premium cable. The main living area includes modern upholstered seating, air conditioning, dining table for 8 persons, kitchen, and walls of glass that open to a view terrace with a private plunge pool. This is a very large condo that offered plenty of privacy for our family of four. The building felt very secure as well. Our youngest child slept on the den pull-out couch and that worked out great. We loved the rooftop pool and had it to ourselves every day. Walking distance to two little markets up the hill for quick supplies. Otherwise, you can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the Municipal Market Emiliano Zapata for fresh produce. Plenty of taxis and Ubers available to drive you to beaches or you can just walk to the city beach.

It is a beautiful and very comfortable penthouse. We loved the dipping pool and rooftop terrace. Alfredo was very helpful and great with communication. It is in a convenient location but halfway up a very steep hill.

Host and property manager were very responsive! Beautiful condo in a great neighborhood with an awesome view, comfy beds, and great little kitchen. Didn’t give it five stars as there was no shampoo and we had a minor plumbing issue that took a couple days to rectify.Would definitely stay again!

Kitchen was fine and clean. Every kind of glassware you could imagine!Hot tub was cool temperature but it was January. Swimming pool appears not to be heated. It was very cold. Since we are pool people wish we could have known that up front when booking. Bedrooms were very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Bathrooms were fine. Would have loved a hairdryer but probably our fault for not checking the amenities list carefully. Overall a good stay. Fun and interesting neighborhood with lots of Mexican families which we live as we live in the Lake Chapala area of Mexico. The manager, Alfredo was so great. He answered all questions and was even available when we couldn’t work the safe. A big thank you to him.

We do have the dipping pool labeled as such, since it does not heat up to the temperatures that a hot tub would generally be. The dipping pool heats to 104 degrees. I double checked with Alfredo and he located the hairdryer in the half bath. I’ve advised him to make sure it goes back in one of the primary bathrooms so it’s easier to locate. The pool is not heated however it usually reaches a warm temperature by noon.

Nice place either great views and easy access to the city.

The apartment is very nice, the pictures in the listing are accurate. The views from from the apartment and the upstairs pool are great. Very quiet and secure building easily walkable to pretty much everything.

Beautiful Home in a Great Area!

This house was just as described and in a great area close to everything! It is a bit of climb up the hill to get to it, and a downward slope when heading out. Uber and taxis are all over though if you’re not up for the climb!! Great exercise if you are!! The neighborhood is very safe and the views are stunning! Would definitely stay again!

PV getaway

The property is so beautiful and luxurious. The view is amazing. We watched the sun set over the bay every night from the private hottub on the deck. It’s a little bit of a climb up the hill, but so very much worth it for the view. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity!

Great location steep hill

The penthouse was just as described. Pool was a little cool but it was still nice with amazing views. Great location. The only negative was the tiny elevator and the very very steep street. Ubers hated dropping us off there. But if you walk down the hill and go a few blocks down you are in the middle of everything.

Authentic mexico neighborhood

The condo was very spacious and in a true Mexican neighborhood so we found it quite charming. Staff were very friendly and spoke good englush so no communication problems. The owners of this condo were so great to deal with.

Great Location, Great Penthouse - HIGHLY recommend

Loved the penthouse! Great size, three FULL bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. The rooftop pool was an extra plus. The location was perfect - five minute walk to all the restaurants in Zona Romantic and ten minute walk to the beach. I travel a lot and this penthouse is in the top three! Penthouse Comfort and Rooftop Views

Greg, Dwight, Alfredo, and Doris were all very timely, helpful, and communicative before, during, and after our stay. The property itself is in a wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed the incredible mountain and bay views from the rooftop pool and deck. The location is close to endless restaurants and is a short walking distance to the Malecon, bus stops, and mini-marts. The interior of the condo was comfortable and had enough room for our party of 5. We had a fabulous time and hope to go back again in the future.

Once inside great penthouse! On a steep hill that made it difficult to walk! Thank goodness for Uber! Use of outdoor space very limited! Management most accommodating and responsive.

Gorgeous, spacious place with a great view!

We stayed here for a month and loved it! The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well laid-out, with large bedrooms and bathrooms separated by a huge open kitchen-dining-living space and terraces facing every direction - so you have a view of the ocean plus sunny and shady areas. The private hot tub was amazing, and we were always the only ones at the rooftop pool. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities, and there's a wonderful cool breeze so we never needed the air conditioning. As long as you don't mind walking uphill - it's on a steep incline for about 1/10 of a mile, and thankfully there's an elevator inside the building - or the sound of barking dogs and crowing roosters, you'll be very happy here.

Relaxing and stress free vacation

The location of this new construction Alta Vista 2 BR/3BR condo is perfect. Just a 10 min walk to restaurants in old town and a 5 min walk to a restaurant, El Palomar, with spectacular views of old town and the bay. Not only do you get the same unobstructed view from this unit but the rooftop pool gives you a 360 degree view of the mountains and water. Relaxing in the pool at sunset is a perfect way to end your day. Walking distance to the beach dinning at restaurants and day time food and bar service for truly a relaxing day at the beach. This condo gives you the neighborhood feel quiet but just steps away from the night life of old town PV. Truly a relaxing destination to forget about all your stress and disconnect for a few days or weeks! This will be the top pick for my return trip to old town PV. Relaxed and rejuvenated,

Luxury and comfort

Beautiful, well maintained building and apartment. There's an elevator (a 1/2 flight of stairs to get to it), the views are incredible from all sides, and the decor's got a great modern, Mexican flair. The hardest thing to find in Mexico, in my opinion, is an apartment with both comfortable beds and a comfortable couch - and this has both. Take a nap, curl up with a book, you're all set. And with only 5 apartments in the building, we had the rooftop pool to ourselves every day. The balcony plunge tub is also a big plus, for when it's raining or late. The apartment manager, Alfredo, was very on top of it with messages. Everything ran like clockwork. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A Perfect Place for your Puerto Vallarta Vacation

This is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s conveniently located in the Alta Vista neighborhood , which makes getting around very easy, and places you within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in Puerto Vallarta . The neighborhood itself is lively and charming, but once inside the unit, you’re in your own quiet, clean, spacious and calming place, just what you need after a day of exploring all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The unit itself is immaculate , modern and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and everything you’d need to make your stay more comfortable is provided. The unit is spacious with amply sized rooms and 3 full bathrooms, and enough space for gatherings to not feel cramped. The in-unit jacuzzi/ plunge pool is truly an added bonus, and was perfect for enjoying the fabled Puerto Vallarta sunsets after a day of sightseeing activities, or just to relax and unwind. You cannot go wrong staying here. The unit is great, the location perfect for enjoying the attractions of Puerto Vallarta. I’d recommend this rental without reservation, and am looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Puerto Vallarta

The location is interesting to be within a local neighborhood

The location is interesting to be within a local neighborhood and see the residences and kids playing and visiting on the street. You see the real lifestyles and not just the tourist areas and generic type of restaurants and stores. The hill going up is a bit steep, but I enjoyed the walk and greeting of locals going up and down the street. We liked the unit, and we actually had the entire building to ourselves, so we really enjoyed hanging out on the roof relaxing and cooling off in the pool. It would be nice to have larger and more each towels, as I ended up washing and drying the towels to use for the next day. I was also a little disappointed that more staples were not provided. It's kind of inconvenient to have to go out and buy things like salt, pepper, saran wrap, seasonings and things like that. We're used to when we stay in other condo's in PV they usually have a lot of that stuff and then if you buy something, you just leave it for the next guest. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the condo.

This apartment is in a very modern/new building a bit uphill from the main streets of the Zona Romantica.The street is very nice and quiet, residential. The apartment is top floor with a well functioning shiny new elevator.The apartment itself is beautiful. Quite spacious, more space to move around than I expected even from the listing. The views are perfection. Loved, loved, loved being able to see the ocean from the kitchen, hot tub, living room, from the master bedroom windows, even from the master bathroom window. The rooftop pool just one flight up has an even better view.Some little details I worry about sometimes for vrbo listings - the sinks, showers were all nice and modern and very good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable.Everything is in very fresh clean pristine condition. The property manager who met me to let me into the apartment was a very nice guy and he was very responsive on whatsapp for the few questions we had during our stay.The hill is pretty steep. But it's not a long climb, it's just a steep block or two. So you might prefer to Uber instead of walk especially if you are carrying your bags or wearing flimsy shoes/sandals. But the incredible views and the peace and quiet make the climb very very worthwhile. We were back and forth from the apartment to town multiple times a day on foot.I'm a picky picky person and I definitely recommend this apartment. We loved it. Fabulous getaway. This condo was exactly as advertised. Great location close to many great dining options and other activities. The beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away as well. Wonderful view from the condo itself, and the rooftop pool, which we were the only people up there most days. The condo is very spacious and clean. Very good communication from the property owner and the property manager, and great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great stay overall ! Fabulous neighborhood location, close to everything ! The hill up to the property is a bit steep, but it helps work off the chips/guac 😎! Would highly recommend this property !

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the Malecon; however, it is a very steep hill the last block to the condo. Neighborhood is noisy, but fun to be in with locals.
