Had an amazing stay here for a girls trip with my mom and sisters. While it was a bit of a drive to get here from Kelowna airport, was so worth it to be outside of the city business. Property was private, everything was very clean and we the views of the lake were awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool, perfect for our late September stay. There is a small convenience store which is quite expensive but great because we forgot to buy coffee creamer and found it here just a walk away instead of having to drive those winding roads again! They even have iced lattes, which was lovely. The house was VERY clean. it’s a dog friendly cabin so it’s expected to have a few pet hairs here and there. But we had plenty of space for the 4 of us, with 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

My husband, dog and I had a great time at La Casa resort at Raelene’s place. Everything was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Lots to do in that area and in Fintry PP that is close by. Proper vacation, quiet and peaceful at the fall time.

Photos for the property need to be updated as a new cottage is partially blocking the lake view. Cottage is well stocked and clean. Swimming pools and the common grounds are well maintained.

Lovely resort with lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The Cottage was well stocked and well kept, we didn’t lack for anything. And we saw dear on or near the property every day, which was an unexpected bonus!The one downside is the road from West Kelowna to the resort; it is 25 kms, narrow and winding. Driving it at night is harrowing.

Clean and bright - amazing spot for a family week away. With 2 teens there was a lot to keep them busy, between the pool, Wibit, and mini-golf. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Do yourself a favour and rent a golf cart!

The property was as described. The communication with Raelene (and subsequently with Aidan) was smooth and efficient from beginning to end. We liked the location within the resort property as it was an easy 1 minute walk to all the amenities. It is nice to have a small store with all the basics, as the drive down to West Kelowna is about 25 minutes on a windy, 2 lane road above the lake.Unfortunately a new cottage is under construction across the street, which will block a good part of the otherwise marvelous view of Okanagan lake.When we arrived we found that the propane tank for the BBQ was empty - it was replaced early the next day which was appreciated. As the cottage is facing east it is worth noting that those sleeping in the upstairs area will be woken by the sun quite early since there are no blinds blocking the upper east facing windows.The kitchen was well equipped - with the small exception that there were only 4 coffee cups (which for a group of 6 adults, all wanting Java in the morning was a bit of an issue). However, with just a small issue like that to mention we clearly were happy with the cottage and with our stay at La Casa.

Great cottage at La Casa

The cottage was modern, clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well during our stay with temps in the mid 30s. The owner provided all the necessary information and was quick with responses. We enjoy La Casa every year and we look forward to staying here again.

Great cottage in a great location

Lovely cottage, well-appointed, huge deck with lots of seating, a BBQ and an eating area, fully equipped kitchen, host supplies everything you need to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. 3 good sized, comfortable bedrooms, great for families or friend groups. We had 1 small issue with the smoke alarm while we were there, we let the host know and she was quick respond and was able to resolve it with the minimum of disruption, keeping us updated along the way.Resort is nice, a store that appeared to sell everything you'd need, a restaurant, swimming pools, crazy golf, pickleball, beach area and a marina.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in peaceful location

My husband, son, and our dogs spent several days here. The home is wonderful, bright, and very clean. We loved having the big enclosed deck and BBQ. It felt like being at home! Only in a better location with some nice views :). I should also mention the host Raelene is incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. I recommend staying here!

Good stay

The location is really nice. Love the whole lakeside view and the view around the area.The owner's communication was excellent. She responded to any issues we had swiftly.We had hot water issues. We are a family of 7 so lots of people who are having to take baths. The hot water temperature was cranked up which helped reduce wait times between showers.The shopping malls are about 30 minutes from the location and the roads have a lot of twist and turns . Was intially scarry on our first drive but was not so bad on subsequent drives.The beds are quite comfortable and i had good rest sleeping on them. However there is no privacy in the room upstairs I will not fail to mention the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything we needed was available. It was easy to prepare and store meals. 10/10 for the kitchen set up. There is a lot to see and do here. The kids had an excellent time. They did not want to leave.The home is quite comfortable. Liked that we had access to netflix, prime abd you tube .The yellow sofa in the living room can be changed if possible, though still comfortable. All in all it is a comfortable place to stay in. We were looking for functionality and I can say we got that while staying here.We had a great time. The

Great Stay

I recently stayed at this lovely cottage for a long weekend with friends, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings and cozy atmosphere. Accommodations: The cottage was spacious and well-appointed, comfortably fitting for 5 of us and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of adventures. The open-concept living area was perfect for socializing, with plenty of seating for everyone. Amenities: We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal prep a breeze. The outdoor space was a highlight—sitting on the deck with a view was the perfect way to start and end each day. Location: The location is ideal for exploring the area. We enjoyed walking nearby trails to the beach and took advantage of the nearby activities. There’s so much to do, yet the cottage feels like a peaceful retreat. Host: Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this cottage exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We can’t wait to return!

Less fancier than it looks on the photos

The area was nice, even though we didn’t have enough time to use the pool or facilities. The host was nice, the building was nice. However, the pans and pots were EXTREMELY old and damaged, so we had to skip our morning omelette plan and just boiled them. Another disappointment was the upstairs bedroom which was not a real bedroom, there was no walls around it, and people sleeping there had zero privacy and were disturbed by morning sunlight and noises in the living room.

Clean and tidy, fully stocked cottage with lake & pool access

We stayed for 4 nights in August - upon checking in, we were forewarned about a broken lock that would be fixed during our stay. The owner worked with us to make sure this fit our schedule. Unfortunately there was a boil water advisory happening at the resort at the time - the owner was able to let us know a few hours before arriving, so that we could get bottled water, but would've appreciated more notice as we were arriving at supper time and were anxious to get the kids settled. The actual boil water advisory impacted the entire community though, nothing the owner could do to prevent. We found the cottage very clean and well stocked. The two bedrooms are on the main floor and the beds are great; the loft bed upstairs seems much older / more used in terms of the mattress quality. Note that the upstairs bedroom is not a bedroom but a loft, so as long as you don't mind waking up to the sun rise, you'll be fine. Short walk to the pool which was great for the kids; owner provided 2 putters and golf balls, so we could utilize the mini golf. Also provided 2 pickleball paddles and a ball so we could use the tennis/pickelball court area. You do need to be prepared for an incredibly long walk down a very steep hill to the lake OR drive. There is a parking lot a short walk from the "aqua park". Our kids enjoyed the water trampolines and slides. Overall we would choose this again for it's access to amenities. NOTE: It is about half an hour to a major grocery store/city.

Wonderful stay with great amenities!

My husband, myself, and our kids enjoyed our stay at this fantastic resort. The Wibit waterpark was a hit with our kids/teens, the beach was never too crowded with plenty of loungers, and the two pools and hot tubs were perfect for unwinding. The dog-friendly beach was also an added bonus! The on-site restaurant was quite good (awesome coffee too!) and the staff and other residence were so friendly and welcoming. In addition to very comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and cozy patio seating, Raelene has added great extras such as the pickleball and mini-golf equipment. We had planned to spend more time exploring Kelowna and nearby vineyards but found ourselves so content with the resort's amenities that we stayed and enjoyed everything it had to offer. I highly recommend this VRBO property and looking forward to our next stay!

Resort living in Canada

Great cottage, that has a great view of the lake. On location has all the activities you would want. I would’ve liked if the restaurant was a little more developed, but if you bring your own food, you are set. The cottage shows its age, but its clean. Dog friendly and air conditioned for those hot days! I highly recommend sleeping in the loft and waking up to the sunrise. Come prepared to not leave too often, the highways are long and windy into town.

Beautiful Lake Home

We were 5 adults. Wish we could stay longer! Beautiful resort, very relaxing, clean and comfortable home. There is so much to do in the area and at the resort, so a minimum stay of a week would have been ideal. Communication with owner was a big plus. We love the warm weather in the Okanagan, and knew it would be the perfect resort to enjoy with our family for many years. The lake, water park, pool, volleyball, mini-golf tennis, pickleball courts are much loved by us, and with the cottage having all the comforts of home, it's a great place to relax and feel like a guest at your own luxurious cottage retreat.

What makes our cottage stand out is the combination of convenience, space, and unforgettable views. Unlike many rentals, ours is completely walkable to the pool, hot tub, restaurant, tennis, pickleball courts and store, so you can leave the car parked. The huge deck offers more room than most to relax, dine outdoors, bbq or take in the view. Evenings are special here with s’mores by the beach and stargazing under clear skies, while mornings bring mountain sunrises streaming through the open loft windows. It’s the perfect balance of family-friendly fun and peaceful relaxation — a true cottage getaway that offers more than the rest.
