Ideally located on esteemed Aquidneck Island. One acre of pastoral private land. This three bedroom home offers a peaceful retreat with abundant natural light. Enjoy the panoramic water view of sailboats, Hog Island Shoal Lighthouse, and Mount Hope Bridge from the sizable deck. The large home offers comfortable elegance with modern conveniences. There are several cozy common spaces to dine, socialize, and unwind. The house sleeps 6 guests. There are three bedrooms and two full baths in the main house. There is also an optional secluded one room space with a wet bar, bathroom, and private entrance. The entire home has been recently renovated.
Enjoy the rich culture and history of the area. The nautical beauty of the surrounding area is a playground for nature lovers. Year-round outdoor recreation includes water activities, biking, nature tours, and golfing . There are many local wineries and breweries, orchards, and farms.
This home is just a few minutes drive from Bristol town center and just one mile from Roger William University. Bristol boasts many restaurants featuring live music, parks, boutique shops, and antique stores. Stroll, jog or bike on the scenic rail trail along Narragansett Bay. Also, Colt State Park is a beautiful oasis. Bristol is home to the oldest 4th of July Parade in America. Celebrate the festivities including the 2 week concert series, carnival, and fireworks.
We have hosted numerous brides for Linden Place, Blithewold, Herreshoff, Bristol Harbor, Glen Manor. We also can connect you with a Massuese for onsite enjoyment.

Newport is only 10 miles away offering several popular beaches, shopping, restaurants, year-round events, and Gilded Age mansions. Enjoy the Cliff Walk along the shoreline. Visit Fort Adams, Audrain Automobile Museum, perfect for the Concours weekend or the Newport Car Museum. Catch a Saturday match at Newport Polo. Other locations of interest; Historic Tiverton Four Corners, Battleship Cove in Fall River, Green Animals Topiary, Rail Explorers, Greenvale Winery, Newport Polo, Bally's Tiverton Casino and Longplex Family and Sports center.

We found the house extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well equipped as were the bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed the spectacular views from all the windows and the deck.Because of the extensive information package sent to us before we arrived, finding things to do and places to eat was a breeze.Thank you for providing such a wonderful home base for our Rhode Island getaway.

Really nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle, but still be close to everything. The house is beautiful with a stunning kitchen and all furniture is is in new condition.

Given the description of the property on VRBO, we asked the owners for some clarifications. Their responses were helpful.Everything about our 5 nights' stay exceeded our expectations; charm of the house, comfort, privacy, location and the great Family experience with 3 generations that we shared.Also, we found that the location was excellent to visit many of the surrounding towns that each have their own interesting character.

Beautiful and very clean home and well equipped for a comfortable stay. WeCame for the jazz festival and the home is conveniently located fromNewport. We also enjoyed the shops in the town of Bristol which is right over the bridge near the home. Stephanie was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and always reachable for questions. The beds in the home are very compfortable and all in our group commented on having a good nights sleep. The kitchen is really the heart of this home and it creates a perfect centerpiece for enjoying the home and appreciating the huge backyard and views. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

Came here for a Bach party and it was beyond my expectations, the kitchen was gorgeous and very open, there were also drinks and other snacks and seasonings in the kitchen which was very convenient. The bedrooms were very comfortable and even had extra blankets and pillows and the backyard with the deck was perfect too wine down and relax. Very welcoming and overall an amazing experience!

Wonderful space

Stayed with my wife, our two adult daughters, and our son in law, and we were all very happy with the property. We enjoyed the ocean views, lounging on the deck, and eating in the well appointed kitchen. Another plus: the property is within 20 minutes of a number of fun destinations. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

The house is spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the Mt. Hope Bridge and Narragansett Bay. It is conveniently located and has a great bonus game room that kept us entertained. The hosts were very responsive, but everything was perfect so we didn't really have a reason to communicate with them. Great stay overall.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding down the street and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and super clean, check in and check out were incredibly easy and the host was incredibly responsive for any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Fun family spot .

I researched extensively to find the right spot for our family. This home hit the nail on the head. The layout, airy space and views were all in line for what we needed. Kitchen, living space, bathrooms and bedrooms were just right. The bonus was the "playroom" on the lower level with foosball and darts made for family entertainment. The view at night of the Mount Hope Bridge were spectacular.

Beautiful sunsets and great location

Great quick family getaway. Location was great - near Newport and Bristol. Easy to get to beaches, bike path, restaurants and more. Nice touches in the house made our stay very comfortable.

The Perfect Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! The location was perfect for us to visit family in Massachusetts while also enjoying nearby towns in Rhode Island. There is a beautiful view of the water from the large deck on the back of the house, complete with comfy outdoor furniture and grill. Jeff and Stephanie are very accommodating hosts. We happened to be staying at the house during a heatwave and Jeff brought an extra AC unit and installed it so that the house would be comfortable for us. The house has a well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms with all you need for your stay. Beach items are also included, right down to a cooler and ice packs in the freezer. Everything was immaculately clean, and the decor is updated and beautiful. We enjoyed several of the local restaurants suggested in the welcome book the hosts have created. We look forward to renting here again on our next visit to New England! Definitely a 10/10!

Such an amazing home!

The house and property managers were amazing! They responded quickly to my questions, and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward. The house was well stocked with necessities-- pots, pans, toilet paper, towels, and blankets! The tea and coffee drawers were to die for, and the kitchen, I wish I could take home with me. Hidden gem

This property is tucked away in the best way. It’s quiet and private yet still near everything you need. The kitchen is large, beautiful, modern, complete, and feels like the heart of the home. There is something for guests of any age. I would highly recommend.

A Perfect Rhode Island Rental

We loved absolutely everything about this beautiful rental from the lovely furnishings, large deck and yard, cleanliness , location, ease of communicating with the owners, and the many extras including everything needed for a day at the beach. The home is easily accessed off one of the main roads in Portsmouth and the property very private.
