The Space:

Historic home, modern perks, perfect location! Sip coffee or watch the sunset from the side porch, cook in the full kitchen, or cozy up in the formal living room. Upstairs, vaulted primary suite and informal living area with kitchenette make relaxing, gaming, or working easy—all steps from Bristol’s shops, restaurants, and Mount Hope Bay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the basement and a few cabinets in the Kitchenette located on the second floor.

Guests can contact the property manager via text or airbnb app during their stay should they have any questions or concerns.

Key must remain in lockbox at all times. Back entrance is the main entrance. Side porch may also be used. Hope Street entrance is not to be used.
Tie trash bags securely and place in green bin. Place recycling in the blue bin. Trash is collected every Friday.
Washer/dryer located on second floor. Please clean lint trap after each use. Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM

House was near the waterfront as well as several coffee shops!The room with a two bed trundle was very small and suitable for two small children only! The king bed suite was upstairs, accessible via a steep / winding staircase, which may be difficult for renters with walking challenges!

Tanya was a dream hostess. When she realized there might be an issue with the VRBO app she reached out and message me to be sure our arrival would go smoothly. We had a sweet conversation getting to know one another. The home is precious. Beautiful flooring and decor. Beds were comfortable and there were drinks left in the fridge we were offered. Location for visiting Bristol and Prudence Island is great. Checkout was easy without a lot of things to do. We will definitely stay there again if it’s available.
