Luxury home with 360 water views, beach access, roof top deck with private events available. This home sits at the tip of Aquidneck island allowing for water to be seen from every window of the home. Marble countertops throughout kitchen and baths, two decks facing water from back of house, oversized back yard and parking for 4. The perfect home for your family vacation. Just grab your swimsuits, you wont need much more.



The Space:

STAY Newport proudly present The Brill Beach House. STAY in style and luxury! Enjoy 360 degree water views from this stunning waterfront retreat in Common Fence Point. Sunrise over the Sakonnet River and sunset over the Narragansett Bay, walk to private beach, three decks off back of house, water views from every window and more. Open floor plan, two living areas, gas fireplace, Breath taking view from roof top deck of tip of the island! Truly a special place to celebrate, relax and make memories with your entire crew. Comfortable situated on the tip of Common Fence Point.

Note: This is a wheelchair accessible house. There is an elevator in the house and it is handicap accessible by way of the elevator. There is a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. However, the shower is not technically handicap accessible.

We stayed at this beautiful and clean home for a wedding which took place at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol and it could not have been better. It was roomy enough for the bridal party to get ready and a beautiful place for pictures. It was convenient to the venue. We were very glad that we found this home. The house was true to the pictures online and the owners were very responsive.

Rhode Island Retreat

This is a wonderful property. Situated on a penninsula with water views from all around. Its very well maintained, decorated very nicely with top of the line appliances. Plenty of space to spreadout with nice sized bedrooms. Check in/out is a breeze and the property management company reaches out frequently to ensure all is well. Located not far from Bristol, a very quaint and All American type town. I highly recommend this property and look forward renting again in the future.

Beautiful

The views from the rooftop deck were amazing! The house was very clean, very well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully and well stocked. We needed nothing! I would definitely recommend staying here! The host messaged to ask if we needed anything. It was just the peace we needed!

Family get together

We just moved from an Atlantic Ocean facing condo to the city so we couldn’t have our family over for a getaway weekend so decided to rent something on the water that was convenient to my New England based sons. We saw this and knew it would be perfect and it exceeded our expectations. Beautifully set, super comfortable and welcoming. Weekend flew by and everyone enjoyed the property and one another. We may make it a new family ritual and hope to plan a longer stay!

Fantastic Property and Experience

Fantastic property and fantastic views, especially from the roofdeck. Truly incredible. The only thing lacking was shampoo (and there was only one small thing of body wash). Also, come prepared with food as not much delivers there. Other than those two small issues if was a great location I would book again.

No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy. House rules were simple to understand and nothing unexpected. This is a place we would rent again. Totally enjoyable, easy walking path to the water, and lots of space for everyone.
