Welcome to “Gardenia Beach Hideaway” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Gardenia Beach Hideaway is a serene vacation home featuring a refreshing pool, 3 cozy bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms. Nestled close to the beach, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends.

-Guests will have full house access
-3 bed, 2 bath
- The home will sleep 8 comfortable, but we do allow up to ten there. No more then 8 adults.
-Clearwater Beach 4 minute walk to beach
-keyless entry
-pool heat available for an additional charge

Third Bedroom- King bed, TV

Bathrooms:
Master Bath- located in master bedroom, full walk in shower
Second bath - located in hall, tub shower combination

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰:

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Consider buying travel insurance,
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Heated pool is an additional charge of $25 per night
- Dogs are welcome under 30lbs with a $150 pet fee per dog.
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee (only for the balance not for the initial down payment)

We loved how close to the beach this VRBO was. We also loved the pool and spa. The home was well stocked and was in a good neighborhood that wasn’t overly busy!

The location was awesome. We could walk to the beach. Stayed for 1 month. Any questions were answered immediately. Very responsive. There was no crockpot called them and amazon delivered the next day.

Excellent location! A quiet neighborhood on a not so busy part of the beach. It’s not too far from restaurants and shops either. We like to walk and almost everything we wanted to do was in walking distance.

The home was very clean and the updates are gorgeous inside! However I booked this place specially over other homes in the area for its HOTTUB. The hottub was not working, contacted the host and was told where the knob was to turn it on and that the red light would come on. The light would not come on nor would the Hottub. I sent a picture to them showing the hottub knob was on, but the light would not come on. We checked the electric box to make sure the breakers were on, and no loose connections. We ended up boiling water non stop on the stove and dumping in the hottub the morning we were leaving the cleaning lady spoke to my mother and informed her that she owned the property. My mother explained to her what happened with the hot tub and she told my mother that the hottub was OUT OF ORDER, they knew and had to turn off the pumps bc their electric bill was sky high and it was leaking underground. I contacted VRBO bc now I’m upset I was not informed before my stay. They contacted the host and she told them it was functioning properly there was no issues with it and since I didn’t contact vrbo DURING my stay that there was nothing they could do about it. So in the very least I want other people to be informed that have booked that the hot tub IS NOT WORKING and it’s very disrespectful to lie and not inform people who are paying good money and hoping for a great vacation. Otherwise we did enjoy the location and the town.

Beautiful home! Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Nice gas grill that we used to cook freshly caught fish! Hot tub was not hot when we arrived but one quick text fixed that! Nice outdoor space and pool. Great home for a girls trip or family vacation!

Amazing House!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Clearwater, Florida! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for us and our 3 month old baby. We ślemy a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the private pool and jacuzzi—perfect for both daytime and evenings. The location was quiet and safe, yet just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable retreat!
