Welcome to your secluded escapade! Spacious main living areas feature tile flooring, a wet bar, and an enclosed sunroom. The bright kitchen has a custom backsplash and opens to the quaintly decorated courtyard. The primary suite has a private bath and spacious closets. The guest bedroom also has a sliding glass door and has access to the customized guest bath. Located just steps from the beach, shopping and dining, it is perfect for a vacation on Amelia Island.






Things to Know
Dog-friendly
No access to the pool from Lagoon Villas.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Already Planning Another Trip

Great experience. I have previously heard mixed reviews about Vacasa but our experience was better than imagined. They provided absolutely everything needed to make the place feel like a home away from home which was greatly appreciated. Kitchen came stocked with enough cookware and utensils, which is more than we can say for most vacation rentals. Place was clean and the small touches like an extension cord was well thought of. Customer service was responsive, friendly, and action oriented. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location and super cute place!

The condos location is perfect especially if you are traveling with a dog. So many great places to walk! The backyard was amazing, it was so peaceful and relaxing.

Great place inside the Omni property

End unit in the villa section. Great serene spot to relax and enjoy your vacation. Good walking paths. It’s 7-10 min walk to the beach (all paved and good signage). Once on the beach it was a great spot with little to no one there (we went end of April). It felt like we had the beach to ourselves!!

Tranquil Retreat

My husband and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet and lovely villa. The gorgeous, lush vegetation in the back of the property make for a tropical paradise feel. The beach is just a short walk away and is dog-friendly, which we appreciated. We also loved the walking/biking trails throughout the plantation. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Really nice condo

We’ve stayed on the Omni property 3 times now, and each time has been great. They have their act together there, everything is in good shape, and the process is easy and smooth. The property itself is charming and well kept. Location is a little farther from the beach than other places on the resort, but still easily walkable. I would certainly recommend and happily stay again.

Cozy and Quiet

These villas are located within a large resort, so they're packed very tightly. That being said, our stay was very quiet, and because of the foliage in the backyard area, it feels quite secluded. However, the restaurants within the resort area are overpriced, and the area overall feels a bit too touristy. Beach access from this villa was about a 10-minute walk, which was nice.

Short term stay

We needed a place while renovations on our home nearby are being completed. This Villa was lovely, nicely updated, good furniture selections, excellent lighting. We did not cook while there but the kitchen was well equipped for a cook. Highly recommend. Nice walk in trail to beach

Hideaway by Everything

Private end unit hidden by tropical vegetation. Perfect space for 2 (or even more), nicely decorated and more than enough towels, blankets, and kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware. Super comfy bed and pillows. Loved reading in the enclosed rear patio and just watching the birds and wildlife (mostly squirrels, lol). Beach access is a 5 min. walk and a short drive to downtown Amelia Island shops and restaurants. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful!

This is not my first rental. Sime have been wonderful, some good, some extremely disappointing. This rental was just perfect for our family and pet. Quiet, surrounded by trees and absolutely clean, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Confusing parking info from various Vacay folks. Unit decorated nicely. Ants and a few roaches. The request to wash towels and pull sheets is not vacation friendly nor is washer large enough to wash these large loads. Should have a linen service I would think especially for short term rentals.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation. Lovely clean, well-appointed villa in Lagoon Villas. Easy walk on bike trails to beach (bring a wagon if you don't have one to carry beach gear). Lush vegetation all around property, so beautiful.

Great Place with Extra Details

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This side of the plantation property is so quiet. This listing is an end unit (such a nice surprise) and the next door unit seemed vacant. This property had a lot of nice details (extra charging ports, shampoo/conditioner, etc). The surrounding land is full of beautiful plants and trees and just a short walk to the golf course. Our 18 month old was able to roam free after a few minutes of baby proofing. Our dog also had a great stay, there is even a cute dog bed!

Paradise

Amazing little spot. A short walk to the beach. Tons of space for 5 people to spread out. The interior is beautiful down to the knobs on doors and drawers. Sun room is to die for. Took us asking for directions to find the beach, but it was an easy walk once found. The villas are close to each other but you would never know due to the luscious foliage- you feel secluded. The kitchen has everything you need and tons of room for cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable, couch comfortable. Took the dog and she was very happy here. They even have a dog bed there! Plenty of towels, some laundry pods, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and the like. We did buy trashbags, but there was enough to last until we went to the store. Highly recommend this clean, airy villa. We will try to book here again next time we are down. We travel a lot, and this spot was perfect.

Perfect Get Away

This Villa was the perfect size for my spouse, our fur baby, and myself. It was almost too big just where we didnt necessarily need the extra bedroom. We did although use the dresser and closet space in the spare bedroom because only one of the closets were available for us to use. I believe in the listing it says "his and her" closets so I was a bit disappointed there but definitely not a deal breaker. The beds need to be updated if anything but were not horrible... we were just expecting a little more comfort for the $$. The bathrooms could also use a bit more of an update. More so the master bathroom because it is so small and the shower drain seemed to clog fairly quick. Again, non of these things are deal breakers. I have Celiac disease so I have to bring my kitchen utensils and cook ware anywhere I go longer than overnight with me. Which I was grateful I did because the cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning inside the drawers and some pots were left with a buttery film on them. The kitchen and living space are huge and very open which we loved! The back door opened up to a jungle like scenery with a path that leads to the closed golf course. The location and amount of privacy we received at this villa made us feel as if we were the only ones there. Management was amazing. They response time was within an hour or so if not immediately. With all of that being said.... We would go back in a heart beat.

Fabulous girlfriend beach week

Lovely condo tucked away in lush landscape.Easy access to the beach, but the app is a must to find. Beautiful walking paths surround the resort. Customer service was very quick to answer any questions via text. We will definitely return
