This special top-floor, end unit, getaway is adjacent to a large, sparkling gem of a swimming pool, is a 5 minute walk from a pristine 13-mile stretch of white sand beach (watch out for sleeping sea turtles!), close to multiple tennis courts, and surrounded by scenic trails for hiking and biking!
The classic Pete Dye Oak Marsh Golf Course, the Spa at Omni Amelia Island Resort, as well as the Palmetto Walk Shopping Village (with fabulous restaurants and tempting retail therapy) are close by. If you want to venture outside the gated grounds, you’re a 15 minute drive from the bustling historic district of Fernadina Beach, the Amelia Island Lighthouse, the beautiful Timucuan Ecological and Historical Preserve, some of the best seafood restaurants in the world, and the unforgettable Fort Clinch State Park with its fascinating historical reenactments.
All this awaits you; however, you may just want to sit back with a frosty glass on your private balcony, enjoying your own personal symphony of birdsongs in your Treehouse by the Sea.

Our family had a fabulous experience staying at "The Treehouse"! Everything was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again when we return to Amelia Island!

Incredibly well stocked! Had great toys, beach supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the AC ( no fault of owners) and they were super responsive and had a repair person out very quickly. Great experience!!

Terrific Treehouse

Jill and Jed’s “treehouse” was absolutely wonderful! It had such a nice homey feel. They supplied everything we needed, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. They were very responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others!

Girls vacation

My niece and I spent several days at the Treehouse.The condo was well appointed and beautiful. We so enjoyed visiting Center Street in Fernadina Beach. All the restaurants were very good. There so many others we would have liked to try, but just not enough time. We had an issue with the elevator being dirty. Jill, Lee and Lindsey responded quickly even after the building did not respond. Lindsey came over and took care of it herself. The beaches were clean and nice. We would recommend Amelia Island and The Treehouse.

The condo feels like home, and the views from every window fit the description as a treehouse. We had a terrific vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and paved/shaded trails of the Omni Resorts property. Wonderful restaurants within the Plantation are a short, enjoyable walk away (no more than 10 minutes). The property manager and owner were attentive to our needs.Off property, access to groceries and the downtown shops and restaurants are a quick drive away.We are already planning to return to the island and hope "The Tree House" is once again available.

Property was close to the beach. We were able to ride bikes, walk, swim, play golf. Perfect location.

Vacation rental

I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. The unit was fully stocked with anything and everything that I could possibly need during my stay. A couple of issues arose during my stay and the property manager and unit owner resolved these problems promptly.

Perfect Getaway

Our return stay at Treehouse by the sea was enjoyable again this year. Condo is clean, welcoming, has everything you need and is very comfortable. It is accurately advertised there were no disappointments. It is so nice it’s hard to leave.

Sweet Home Away from Home

The treehouse by the sea was the perfect stay for our family of 3. We stayed at the Omni hotel the first night of our vacation and when we checked into the treehouse condo we were so grateful for the extra space and home-like amenities. Great location inside Omni grounds. Definitely recommend!
