Open Floor plan, with all the amenities you would expect, Hot Tub, pool, grill, private beach. Location is 10 miles from Vero Beach and 20 miles from Stuart. 3 months minimum rental.

I am a CEO for a International produce company in Vero Beach. My husband and I have always dreamed of having a second home on the beach. Together with some friends we purchased this condo and remodeled it to rent out in the winter and use in the summer.

The area is quite, and the beaches are pristine. downtown Vero Beach is 10 miles away and Ft. Pierce is 5 miles away both with great restaurants and atmosphere. The other neighbors in the building have all been Plesant and kind.
