Nice clean apartment in old town. It had everything we needed for seven nights stay. Location is excellent, in walking distance to many attractions, with multiple dining options close by, few minutes from a grocery store and metro station, also a taxi station right next to the entrance. It was very easy to communicate with Peter, who brought us a second fan ( Vienna apartments have no AC), that was a big help since it was unusually hot for September.

Great location, tidy efficiency apartment. Location on Danube Canal and beautiful evening strolls, just steps from underground train and many restaurants, around corner from huge shopping district. Only issue was not being told building was under a complete construction cover for total window replacement. I walked past it several times not believing the place was inhabited at all! However, owner was there to greet us. Very nice and welcoming. One request: one more kitchen towel, please.I would definitely return.

Perfect location

The location of this property was ideal for our situation, as we wanted to be very close to the trains. buses and Stephansplatz. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the owner always replied promptly to messages prior to the trip, and was waiting for us when we arrived. If you stay here, just be aware that the main lobby of the building is deceiving. It is clean, but not what you would expect for a residential building, which it is not. It is a mix of residential and commercial. With some updating, the common areas of the building would look pretty decent. Other than that, everything is very clean and secure and we always felt safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in the heart of Vienna!

This place is perfect location wise. You can walk to St Stephens cathedral and the old Town. Restaurants are all close by. U Bahn stop is right outside. A quick ride and your at Schonbrunn palace. Walk to the Danube river. Peter met us and gave us a nice orientation. OK the only slight negative is that it is noisy at night since there is a fast food place by the U Bahn stop right outside your window. But some cheap ear plugs will remedy that. Definitely worth a stay!

Older clean and well equipped apartment in a good location

This is an older apartment but it is nicely kept, well equipped and very clean. There is a grocery store and delightful bakeries within a short walk. The location relative to public transportation and the old town center is good. The subway stop from the main train station is right out the front door of the building and in a 10 minute walk you will be standing in front of St. Stephen's cathedral. The property owner was very pleasant and helpful. The street noise outside the apartment might be the only negative but we found the positives to far outweigh that.

I expected this evaluation by Mrs. P. A. Mrs. P. A. called during her stay, I should come to the apartment on the spot. Too much street noise, she can not relax and she want another apartment right away. Unfortunately, I had no other apartment. Since Mrs. P. A. made a very nervous impression (by the way already since arrival) and no reasonable conversation was possible, I offered to cancel my apartment for free and suggested to look for another apartment. Since the apartment is located in the center and it is surrounded by hotels and apartment buildings, this is usually no problem. Mrs. P. A. refrained from it and remained in my apartment. The result is the worst possible rating for a nice apartment in an excellent central location. What else should I say about that?
