Mani was incredibly welcoming. The apartment was clean and fairly comfortable although there are very little amenities and it is incredibly loud with no carpets and hardly any furniture. Very close to all the public transportation which was great. Only issue was that we traveled here from the US to meet a friend we hadn't seen in 4 years and were told there were absolutely no visitors allowed during any time of the day. If you don't plan on having visitors this will do the trick for a long weekend.

Mani was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, sheets were fresh, bathroom was very nice. Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store, cafe, train, and tram within a minute or less. You can get to the inner city in 15 min or less.

Great communication before arrival. Upon arrival informed that the elevator was not working. Specifically chose a property with elevator because of my wife’s mobility. Owner totally unaccountable. Said I should have checked. Claimed the elevator had only been out of service for 2 days and was supposed to be finished but a part was back ordered. The elevator was clearly in the midst of a full refurbishment/replacement. Owner was a bully. Told us to take the apartment or get out. No time to check other options. Out of fear we would complain to VRBO, made us cancel the reservation and pay full amount to him directly. Arrived at the unit the next day before 9 am (Saturday morning). More bullying. Apartment is not as advertised - one bathroom, no dryer, dishes had all been placed back in cupboard dirty, beds uncomfortable, etc. Worst experience with a short term rental host ever.

Der Whirlpool war eine Badewanne ( obwohl extra angefragt…), der Preis für die Ausstattung (nicht mal Spülmaschine) viel zu hoch und der Vermieter wollte zu den knapp 750 Euro für 3 Tage zusätzlich noch 150 Euro extra für die 3. Person (obwohl die Wohnung für 4Personen ausgeschrieben war). Nicht zu empfehlen

Einfache Einrichtung, Lage unschlagbar

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch: man kommt schnell überall hin, ob S- oder Straßenbahn. Auch mit Kind war es mit Aufzug und ebenerdigem Hinterausgang gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist spartanisch und alles etwas abgenutzt. Die Hygiene war okay: vor allem das Geschirr musste definitiv nochmal gespült werden vor dem ersten Nutzen, Krümel im Wohnzimmer an allen unverrückten Möbeln und die Fliesen im Bad sind definitiv schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden. Der Kontakt war aber freundlich und unkompliziert.

great location!

This property had it all - the tram line just outside the door, near Salm Restaurant and Brewery, a couple of blocks from the botanical garden and a few steps to a grocery store. We were able to catch the tram for 2 euros to the historic center to listen to incredible music, shop great shops and eat fantastic food.The kitchen was functional and was the better stocked with dishes and pans and had a clothes washer. The host made time to go over everything with us when we checked in, which was very helpful and he even called a cab for us to catch our train.

Nice, large space

This was a very nice, large, clean space. It was nice that the host met us there to introduce us to the property and let us in. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities and more furniture/luggage racks, lamps in the bedrooms.

Mixed Review

The location was good. The beds were not comfortable at all. There were only 3 thin towels for 3 women. There was trouble with hot water (often cold). The flat was advertised with two bathrooms but in reality there is only 1 toilet in the powder room, and the shower room has no toilet. Kitchen was sparse. Could have used an iron and microwave. There was almost no soap in the kitchen and there were dirty dishes left.

Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

Muy ruidoso por la noche al estar en una avenida

El anuncio indica aire acondicionado y en la sala no se cuenta con este, fuimos en época calurosa y ni abriendo ventanas se refrescaba, además se metían los moscos y el ruido. Los muebles que aparecen en la imagen no son los que tuvimos. Las recámaras tienen aire acondicionado pero hay un solo control remoto de manera que era incomodo levantarse a media noche para pedir el control en la otra Recámara tecapara apagar el aire

Great location and value but would hesitate to recommend

Very well located with easy access to transport, grocery, restaurants, etc. A very good value for the price per night given the central location. Host was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Hesitation to recommend is based on a few things. Check in is 3pm and requests to check in or leave bags early was not allowed. All other places we have stayed have allowed us to drop bags and manage the red eye day without toting bags. There was no dryer as suggested, just a drying rack. The air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms, so the front sitting room was not cooled. Hot water for showers was limited, with no hot water on our check out day. There are not 2 bathrooms as indicated. There is one bathroom that has been located in 2 rooms. Toilet in one room, sinks and bath/shower in the other. Because of the low price you have to understand that you are going to settle and not have many niceties or comforts. One small towel per guest. Furniture, including beds that you accept and make the best of and it does not all match what is in the photos. No facial tissues or napkins, or paper towels. So, if you are renting an apartment to have a working kitchen and a place to relax and spend some time at the end of a day, this is not the right place. If you want an affordable, well located, alternative to a hotel with limited luxury and a late check in, this is the place for you.

Bright and spacious

The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.

-Landstrasse has a quite a varied appearance, especially due to the mixture of old and new structures. For instance, both the Belvedere and the Hundertwasserhaus are located here, as are the Rochusmarkt, the shopping street Landstrasse itself, the Stadtpark, and the KustHaus. Furthermore, the 3rd is home to several embassies which makes the district into a very safe one.

-Within walking distance to attractions like Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and the Ring Street.

-You can walk to the Ring within 10 min.

-Tram Nr. 71 takes you to the following attractions: Belvedere, Schwarzenbergplatz, Kärntner Ring, Oper, City Hall

-Fast train (Schnellbahn) S1, S2, S3, S9, S15 under our building takes you to Train station Suedbahnhof, Rennweg, Shopping street Landstrasse (Wien-Mitte) and Train Station Wien-Meidling...
