Inaccurate listing to say the least
When we arrived at the property we first noticed that there were problems with the front and garage doors opening. We contacted the host and went to further check out the interior. There was different furniture than what was offered in the listing photos and the actual furnishings were dirty - some were even broken. There were stains and scuffs on nearly every well and covering most surfaces of the carpet - there even appeared to be blood stains in one room. There were also holes in a few walls as well as broken frames on some of the doors. Overall the property was not as listed and the host still hasn’t replied to our messages and calls 2 days later. VRBO themselves is also unwilling to help in the situation and is deferring to the host for reimbursement- this host has not answered VRBO’s requests either. Please consider using a different property and a different platform altogether.
