Easy check in and check out instructions. Host was great to reach out if we had any questions or needed anything. Location was perfect!! The show water never gets very warm but other than that it was great!

Host was great, mostly I learned I am not a huge fan of city living. Haha. It was a big pain to get in, get the parking pass, go back, park in the garage, etc. The shower was lukewarm at best.The downstairs neighbors were crazy. I couldn't pull my chair out to sit down without them banging on the ceiling. And I want nothing more than to be courteous, I really tried not to make noise, but it felt impossible to please them. So I spent my time kind of stressed out. It was clean but I'd never do this again.

Host was amazing. He was very flexible and responsible. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was a basket of snacks and breakfast items and coffee pods for the Kurig, dishwashing and laundry pods, and fabric softener. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking and there is a toaster. The building was safe and secure as well as quiet.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! I stayed at this apartment in Salt Lake City from November 6–9, and everything about my experience was outstanding. The location was perfect—just minutes away from great dining options, entertainment, and everything downtown has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a short or extended stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture cozy, and the overall atmosphere felt modern and welcoming. I also appreciated having access to the on-site gym—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great bonus during my trip. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to respond, professional, and genuinely made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Salt Lake City. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip!

Our host was very accommodating, the place was very nice, the big king bed was comfortable!We had a few minor things ( tv remote batteries, etc), that were very quickly addressed.Its location near Delta center was perfect for us,And we’d stay here again in future for sure.

Nice apartment! Cute decor and comfy bed. Great place for two people stay in the city. Close to restaurants and shops and nice walking areas nearby at the Gateway. Check-in process is a bit lengthy but not too difficult. Enjoyed our short stay there!

Week trip for nationals

Spent a week here while my son competed in the AAU Taekwondo Nationals. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owner was geat. He responded quickly and was very nice and respectful.

Comfortable and Functional

My wife and I recently stayed here in this apartment and found it to have everything we needed, and was located in a place that made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see downtown Salt Lake City. The bed was very comfortable and for that, we were very thankful for!

Great convenient spot!

Really enjoyed this place. Garage parking, and then easy access to the apartment. Comfortable bedding and very clean space! Will definitely put on my return trip places!

Clean and good value

Overall this was a good spot to stay for the weekend and I’m happy with the price. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and the apartment size is great for two people. Downsides are that we had issues with getting enough hot water for two showers (host stated there was nothing to be done about this due to it being a eco-friendly building, but I was literally shivering by the end of a 5 min shower) and the building is a huge maze with a very slow elevator. This is to be expected in a large apartment complex but just something to note as a small inconvenience every time you leave the building.
