Clean, nice amenities and well situated. My wife and I both used the conference room as a quiet workspace and took advantage of the fitness studio. A bonus of the simple, yet functional furnishings was that the space was more or less baby proof by default. Would stay again!

This location was perfect for us as we stayed here while our daughter performed with Ballet West. Walking across the street to the theater and not having to worry about traffic or parking made it worth every penny. Rob was excellent and very responsive. We will be staying here again for sure! 10 stars!!!

Great stay downtown

I spent 4 nights here for a work conference - great, quiet spot right downtown, walkable distance to anything you could need including local transit. Affordable, clean, and friendly staff! Would stay here again.

I own two VRBO properties and am very respectful of other hosts and their properties. However, this was a terrible stay. The host was not at the property at our agreed upon check-in time. There was a sign saying they would not be back until the next morning. So, that was a stressful start. Once I was in the apartment, it was not at all as described in the listing. Note that most of the pictures in the listing show the building’s common areas and not the actual apartment. Those are either outdated or from a different unit, because the property I stayed at was barely furnished or equipped. There is nothing “luxurious” about it. Just a bed, couch and a particle board dresser in the living room (not the bedroom). The dresser was filled with dirty rags. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner, nor washcloths, so I had to go to my business meeting that morning without being able to take a shower. There was no detergent for washing clothes. The kitchen had no pots or other necessities for even the most basic of cooking. (I prefer VRBO over hotels because I enjoy cooking when I travel.) The internet went down a couple of times during my stay. When I spoke to the host about these matters, their response was that I was being “rude.”

This guest stayed at the property as a so called vrbo owner but didn't know how to use the messaging app so that I could meet for check in or address any issues. instead he waited for check out to make up lies about how bad his stay was and demand a full refund. total scam. don't rent to this person. The furniture is brand new and nice. no dirty rags or were found in the dresser. He was rude to my office staff at check in. The pictures are accurate of the space apart from new side tables in bedroom and new sofa couch that we added. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap in the unit , guest requested new as he didn't want to use head and shoulders brand. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pot with cover and 2 fry pans. Our guests have been able to cook without issues., The internet went down for an hour one night and was promptly reset. no one was rude about it.

The apartment was centrally located for what we were doing. The parking was a bonus! As the parking on the street was challenging. The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable. Perfect for a weekend away. Checking in and out was easy.

Comfortable stay in a great location

This apartment was located in the perfect spot for me when the hotel hosting a professional conference that I attended was sold out. It was a comfortable, clean, nicely decorated place to stay. I appreciated the parking spot available in the garage beneath the building. The property manager was communicative and always quick to respond to my questions.

Stayed there four days during a volleyball tournament. Was easy five minute walk. Plenty of easy dining and entertainment within walking distance. Clean and comfortable! Would recommend! No complaints.

A Great Spot Downtown!

We really enjoyed many aspects of this property! The location is ideal downtown- we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and the Delta Center. Robert and Stephanie were great to work with. The loft was clean, with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The washer and dryer were really nice to have as we were on a ski trip and neededto do laundry. Our rental did not match the pictures in the listing- but had all amenities listed and was very clean and comfortable.
