Welcome to Racquet Club Villas 2361, a second-floor, condo tucked away in the Harbour Town Area of Sea Pines. This spacious vacation rental offers golf course views and recent updates, creating a bright and contemporary living space. Enjoy watching golfers pass by while sipping your favorite beverage on the furnished patio. You'll find everything you need in the well-appointed kitchen and meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dining table. Guests will also enjoy access to shared tennis courts and an outdoor pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was very clean, has a nice kitchen with the bonus of a Keurig and Kcups!!! So thoughtful! Very close to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Beach Club. Also, beautiful golf course view!

Better than pictured.

While most Sea Pines properties are older and outdated, this one does the very best with what it has. Super clean, attractive, organized and includes thoughtful details like Keurig and k-pods (not in description-wish I had known-called specifically to ask and Vacasa told me no Keurig), small bottle of unused olive oil, laundry pods, beach chairs, etc. Plenty of linens in good condition. Had a big, charming master closet with tiny vanity table that could almost work as bedroom for a little one.Based on the listing, I was not expecting much from the kitchen. I thought it would be aged and outdated. It was well equipped and cute.Overall, a small space but perfect for my two kids and me.

Great condo, well maintained, close to the lighthouse!

Well maintained property, clean and quiet with easy parking. Pool, tennis, and pickelball courts on site. Blue line trolly pickup within 25 yds of condo. Well done to the owner and Vacasa for management.

It is not senior friendly as a second story property. Kitchen furnishings ie., serving dishes minimal, sheets and blankets very standard as were chairs/ couch/pullout.

Great Property!

Everything was amazing. The only tiny issue was none of the lamps were plugged in to the walls and therefore the light switches didn’t work. My husband checked in in the evening when it was dark so it took him a little time to find some light. Other than that he raved about how nice the property was! Thank you !

Sea Pines Racquet Club Condo

Property was very clean and as promised. Check-in could be made easier by simply emailing lock codes to renters. No need for picking up an envelope with the code. Also Vacasa should consider a little more flexibility in allowing renters to cancel a day due to unforeseen medical tests. NO flexibility. Not the case with other property managers.

Cleanest Unit Ever

Very pleased! Extremely clean. Cleanest unit we've stayed in. All the comforts of home! Loved it! Only negative- parking spot at unit was always taken. Had to park nearby.

Amazing place to spend your vacation

This condo was very clean and had all the accommodations that one could ask for. The host provided coffee, tea, washing pods for your clothes. They even had extra beach equipment and toys. Plenty of room for a one bedroom condo. I would definitely look into this rental again when we visit next year.

Better than expected

Excellent place to stay, more space than we thought. Full kitchen and then some. They were thoughtful to include beach necessities as well. The only thing I’d say needed is more lighting outside and in pool area it is very dark. But the apartment no complaints.
