Sorry you were disappointed! We do list the sq. footage of our 1 bedroom condo, so size shouldn't be a surprise. These condoswere built in 1979, so are not new. The entire condo has been renovated and the bathroom fixtures, while not shiny and new are certainly not dirty! We just had the entire condo deep cleaned (2 day process). I have never been to a Motel 6, so unsure what you are trying to compare us to. Also, you only paid $103 rent per night, pretty good deal for an Ocean Front Complex with free bikes and beach chairs! I think you can tell I am offended. Those reading this review, compare it to the many other 5 stars. Thanks! Lori

Room is very clean and in a good location for beach access and walking distance to LowCountry Park and shops area. The instructions were good, just had a little challenge to find the gate code (in the VRBO inbox) vs. email where the door code was located. The room is a 1 room condo and small. While it sleeps 4, the pull out couch is a pull out couch comfort level. Expect that the layout is similar in all rooms, but was surprised to see the main bed right by the front door. Great for two people who are going to spend days at the beach or around the island vs. long hours in the room. Think small hotel room with a kitchenette and counter added. There is a nice balcony which lets you see the ocean over the dunes which is relaxing. All in servered our purpose with us and two grandchildren.

The condo was perfect. Nice and clean and close to everything. We walked to breakfast, coffee, and lunch from the condo. It was quiet and comfortable. Great place and an awesome location. The beach was beautiful.

Loved the condo. Just the right size for my husband and I. The pool was refreshing, and just a short walk to get to the beach. Enjoyed watching the sunrise as well. Would definitely recommend. We also took a dolphin cruise and had a great experience!

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the place! I felt safe since the area was gated, and it was so close to Cologne Plaza. I walked for fun and for groceries. I never had to use my car! The host was quick to help me add another day to my stay. She was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Hello Fellow Beach lovers! We are excited about sharing this wonderful 1 bedroom condo! We own 3 other condos at Hilton Head under VRBO 2123513 and VRBO 1916387
VRBO 1261504 AND~CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, rentals is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

Scott and Lori Bailey purchased this Condo in 2019

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
