Nestled in Sandcastles Villas in the larger Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort community, this 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect choice for your coastal vacation. The spacious floor plan features dual suites, both with balcony access, as well as incredible ocean views throughout.

Enjoy amenities such as the pool, on-site golf course (for an added fee), and convenient beach access!

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area presents a sofa bed, a TV, and ocean views.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up your favorite meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Dine together at the six-seat table.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.

The primary suite offers two queen beds, a TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second suite has a queen bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sandcastles

We loved the easy walk to the beach and location in the plantation! We really enjoyed our stay and overall had a good experience. We would rent this unit again, however we did have an issue toward the middle of the week with the lock codes not working and I did see signs of what looked to be mold that I had read in another review prior to this one.

Serenity and unplug

This is our 2nd time here and the place, peace and privacy are so special. Restaurants in walking distance. We only left the premises once in a week to visit Ft Clinch. The setup is perfect. Walk downstairs to the ocean, spend the day at the pool, or enjoy the activities at Omni park. The resort is great! We get refilled every time and just tune the world out here. The space is very comfortable and you can spread out easily with kids or several adults. Love, love, love!

Good location and comfortable unit.

The pool and proximity to beach were great. Evings were not good after tv went out for an evening and when it was repaired, did not get ESPN and MLB which was available before the switch to a different provider. Hope this can be corrected for future guests.

Great condo

We loved our stay at Amelia Island! The condo was great-nicely decorated, plenty of beds, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs/toys, great location, and most importantly, clean. The walk to the beach was short, and the view out the balconies was beautiful. The pool was clean and the resort itself was well-maintained. The only issue we had, which is a personal choice, were the beds being too soft and squishy for my hubby and I. The kids loved the beds though. Overall, great experience.

Great location!

Loved the size of the condo, it had everything we needed! Definitely needs updating though especially in the bathrooms. The building was a little run down in need of repair. Nails showing in roof of building mildew everywhere outside. Definitely rising damp too as unit was very damp/humid which hit you when you walked in. Caused me to be congested after the first night! Still not recovered. Once the AC kicked in it took some of the humidity out of the air as sheets etc felt damp the first day. Could use a dehumidifier for sure. Other than that we had an enjoyable time.

The inside of the condo has a lot of room and many things have been updated. It gives plenty of room and privacy for adults and children with the 2 separate suites and balconies. You can not see each other from the balconies. It is right on the beach, although you have to walk out of the parking lot side of the building and then walk around the building or through the pool. The biggest problem is that they do not provide BEACH chairs or towels! In a Beach condo!!! They are all “locked” inside the owners closet who is unreachable as Vacasa manages the property. Vacasa was totally unhelpful, “they said well rent them but we don’t know where you can do that.” There are no rentals! We’re not buying beach chairs for 4 days. The building is horribly outdated and needs some TLC. It is disappointing to pull up to such an outdated building. Most of the things in the condo are updates but there are still relics-the popcorn ceiling and toilet seats, there is some black mold in the master shower ceiling. Would stay in the Omni next time.

Great location for a relaxing week

We spent a week in this condo. Located on the 3rd floor in a beach-front building, the unit is nicely sited to provide a good view over the dunes and vegetation without feeling too far up in the air. We appreciated the fact that we had palm trees by our balcony as well as the dunes of the Hidden Forest to our south blocking the view of the Omni hotel complex, which is next door but shielded by the dunes and forest. The unit itself is comfortable but a bit dated and somewhat institutional in ambience. The rooms are tastefully decorated, but the kitchen and bathrooms look like they haven't been updated since the building was constructed. Everything was clear and in good working order, but it all seemed past due for an upgrade. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glassware, and appliances, though the latter were definitely not high-end. We also lamented the following shortcomings: dim bedroom lighting, the absence of a chair in one of the two bedrooms, and the total absence of any documents explaining unit maintenance (e.g., the presence of a recycling bin) and food and activity resources in the area. If you want the feeling of luxury and state-of-the art furnishings, this unit is not for you. Comfortable, convenient, with good views, but not all that impressive.

Ideal beach getaway

Four high school girlfriends enjoyed a two-day reunion here to celebrate our 60th year! It was even better than we hoped for. The location and view were perfect; the beds/pillows were great; the kitchen was very well-equipped; the experience/interaction with host company was seamless. Thanks for hosting our first stay to Amelia Island. We will be back!

A Great Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our first beach vacation of the summer! The condo was clean, well furnished and plenty of room for the five adults and 3 year old. Pool area was very nice with close access to the beach. We’re already planning our next stay!

Great location. Beautiful resort. Great view from the 2 balconies. Love how close it is to the sand... short walk. Spacious living space, well maintained. Overall very nice furnishings (with new sofa that is upgraded from the picture) with 2 exceptions: the beds in main bedroom were not very comfortable and would be the main reason I would not stay here again. Also I think the reason we kept finding dirty dishes in the cabinets is because the dishwasher didn't work well because we often had to rewash dishes that came out of the dishwasher. Plus it was really loud! If not for these 2 issues I would reedy this again without hesitation!

Great ocean view home!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beachfront condo. It has very easy access to the beach, the staff was pleasant, and parking was easy. In addition, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with restaurant options, a golf course, and a few shops.

Beachfront home!!! Has it all!!!

This beachfront condo has it all! Can grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise…. Then take the kids out exploring for shark teeth in the sand before breakfast! This home is in a wonderful location right next to the Omni resort and boasted plenty of space for our family of 6 with two bedrooms including bunk beds for the kids or adults…. Couldn’t ask for a better mix of beachfront with all access to amenities yet felt private and tranquil. We visited over Spring Break which we expected crowds and couldn’t believe how we had what felt like a private pool and beach. Terrific accessibility to resort amenities that include golf, restaurants, shopping, and recreation areas. We can’t wait to stay at this gem of a home again!
