Holiday Villas III Unit 210
**Construction Notice: The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us that Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project through December 2025. There may be noise during working hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm) and with parking adjustments during your stay.
Attention: The pool and pool area have reopened! The BBQ area has been completed, but new grills still need to be installed. There is no ETA at this time for the new grills.
Holiday Villas Unit 210 is a cozy 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom intercoastal facing condo that accommodates 6 guests. Enjoy some much-deserved R&R out on the balcony, discuss your day's adventures in the spacious living room, or relax down at the beach-facing pool, soaking up the beautiful Florida sun! However you choose to enjoy your vacation, Holiday Villas is the place to be.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, blender, air fryer, and crockpot. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Table w/ 6 chairs and 3 stools located at the kitchen island.
Living Room: Sofa, loveseat, a sitting chair, coffee table, 2 end tables, and TV. Sliding doors to the balcony which has a dining table with 4 chairs.
Bedroom #1: Has a King-size bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2: Has (2) Queen-size beds, nightstand, mirror, TV, and dresser.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity, tub/shower combination
Beach Closet: 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 2 fishing poles, boogie boards, and sand surf toys.
Outdoors: Communal heated pool with sun loungers, grilling area, outdoor dining, and tiki hut. Across the street is a private fishing pier and secure private boat dock! There is a boat launch just yards away from the private dock, making launching and loading up a breeze. There are around 20 spaces for boat docking and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
*This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking and there is an elevator.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Strongly enforced 7-night minimum rental requirement.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This condo has 1 assigned parking space. Parking is located across the street, with a view of your parking space from your balcony.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
