Welcome to our home, affectionately named Sunset Cottage. Enjoy the simplicity of this updated home. Beautifully decorated with the sunset in mind, spacious 2 bedrooms, and a modern white and gray bathroom. Clearwater beach is 15 min away and Indian Rocks beach is about 10 minutes away. If you’re looking for that funky upbeat boho vibes, this is it!



The Space:

Escape to your own private oasis with this vacation home! Perfectly situated for your beach vacation, this cozy and charming retreat offers everything you need to unwind and relax.



With plenty of privacy and space for you and your guests, you'll feel right at home as you settle in. Whether you're lounging in front of the cozy electric fireplace or watching your favorite shows on one of the many TVs equipped with Netflix, you'll find everything you need at this exceptional property.



If you love to cook, you'll appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a full-sized fridge, numerous cooking essentials (such as a rice cooker, blender, and mixing bowls), and even kid-friendly plates. And for longer-term guests, there's an in-unit washer and dryer for greater convenience.



You won't have to worry about anything when packing for your beach adventure as this home provides it all. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach blanket are all included!



Additionally, this home is conveniently located close to Publix grocery store, so you won't have to go far for your essentials.

Access is through gate on the right of the home. First door on your left. Unit A. You will enter a code on the key pad.

Check out time is STRICTLY 10AM.

Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $50 USD per hour.

All our quilts are clean, washed prior to your arrival.

I was working in the hot sauces festival, The location of the apartment is good, close to large supermarkets and shops. The apartment is very clean, small and cozy.

Beautiful very clean small house.

This beautiful house is centrally located in the heart of Largo. Walking distance to grocery store, hardware store and a good Italian restaurant. We stayed two weeks. Easy drive to gulf beaches and good shopping areas. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Would recommend this property.

A quick get away.

My sister and I were very close to our elderly aunt whom we visited. The house was lovely and suited us just fine. The drive to and fro was easy with very little traffic. We walked to the grocery store with ease. It was perfect for our 4 day visit.

Nice centrally located home

The house was nice and clean, it was in a good area. We loved that it was so close to the beach. The host responded to our messages quickly. We were a little worried when we got a very long list of rules and expectations. Some vrbo hosts like to micro manage, but that was not the case in the end. We were very happy with our stay.

A property and property manager communication!

Everything was excellent - clean, comfortable, notebook with details/information needed. Beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and cooler on wheels were a pleasant bonus! Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Would definitely recommend.

Baseball and Beaches

We needed a place that was clean and cozy with thoughtful touches to make our stay complete. We stayed for 3 nights to watch the Blue Jays play spring training games and explore the surrounding area, beaches and everything to offer. Location was perfect for Dunedin, Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach area. Having coffee (and everything you need to cook) for a quiet morning to start our day, not to mention the beach umbrellas and chairs made everything seamless. Thanks for being a great host.

Comfortable and kept.

We enjoyed our one night stay even though it wasn’t in the seemingly nicest neighborhood it was quiet and the parking was decent. There didn’t seem to be much of a yard but there was a table to sit at outside. I would stay again for a quick one night stay over. Inside was clean and decorated cute And the beds were comfortable. She had a keurig with some K-cups which was a nice touch.

Vacation

The apartment is very lovingly furnished. There are even chairs and parasols for the beach. Toys are also available. Indian Rock Beach can be reached very quickly. If groceries are missing, there is a shopping center within walking distance. Everything is there to cater for yourself.

Cozy interior

Her husband was very kind and answered questions very quickly. During our stay, the air conditioner did not work properly when we arrived or the next day when the host found out she did have an AC company come out although it was late at night. The AC company found a leak but gave us a small solution for that night. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great getaway in residential setting

This property in Largo, Fla. was in a small residential neighborhood, yet close to the various beaches on Gulf Blvd., as well as restaurants, some shopping, and 2 minutes away from Publix for groceries! The home itself was very nice, extremely clean, and roomy. Additionally, they provided beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella, which was a huge plus! Then, on the day it rained (so we shopped) we discovered conveniently by the door an umbrella which was much needed. Throw blankets were also provided, which scored points with us, especially because Netflix and other apps were available for when we were ready to relax after a day on the beach! Last, but not least, communication was excellent, which really can make or break a trip. We had great communication beforehand which is reassuring, and quick responses when I had a few questions during our stay. 5 stars.

The home was nice and clean. Nicely furnished with a modern beach feel. AC worked just fine for that time of the year plus they have ceiling fans in every room. Sokha is as an excellent host and even worked with us because we had a a very early arrrival time. Washer and Dryer worked perfectly. Parking was easy and dedicated spots were availible just like the description stated. Next time we area we will definitely stay here again.
