Perks of this choice getaway include a sleek kitchen, two furnished decks, and TVs in each bedroom. Walk out your door to take a dip in the year-round pool or meander along the private path to the gorgeous beach.

Stroll just down the street to discover charming eateries, shops, and entertainment options in Blue Mountain Beach. Rent bikes and venture down the coastal path, which offers access to state parks and enchanting coastal dune lakes.

LIVING AREA

Two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, kick back and stream favorite shows on the TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets.

While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for three. Gather for fresh meals around the six-person dining table.

BED & BATH

Find supreme comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, TV, private balcony with cushioned seating for two, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a TV.

Sip morning coffee on the covered deck, furnished with seating for four. Make use of the gas grill on the lower level and enjoy a cookout.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Peaceful Family Vacay

Such a beautiful, clean, and peaceful rental. We (family of 4) really felt so comfortable. The location was spot on- pool right out the patio, short walk to beach and so close to restaurants and shopping! We did not want to leave! We will be renting again. Thank you for providing such a nice place for renters.

Horrible owners!

Our original place got flooded because of a line bust so they put us here. The very next day I got a call saying we had more kids than the owner would like us to have (even though there was plenty of beds for everyone) So we had to pack up and move for a 3rd time only to be put at a place over a half a mile from the beach when we were originally beach front! This owner is very inconsiderate & ruined my kids beach vacation because we spent most of the time packing and move! I would never choose to stay here & I definitely wouldn’t consider it kid or family friendly.

Great location private beach but had bugs

It was super convenient to everything loved having a private beach! You didn’t need to set chairs out super early to get a good spot. But this place definitely needs to be sprayed for insects! We had a few roaches and LOTS of ants on the counters. The baby gate that is offered didn’t even fit the steps like not even close! It was to small. So it’s not super toddler/baby friendly. We loved staying there just wasn’t a fan of the ants and roaches.

Very cute!

Just a short walk to the beach and so close to cute restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom. Just wish the air would allow a temp under 72 at nighttime since there are no fans. Luckily we carried a small portable fan for some circulation! Stay was great.

Great property, awesome location!

This property is very comfortable and very well appointed. It was ultra clean upon our arrival. We easily found everything we needed within and quickly made ourselves at a home. The real winner here is the location. This condo complex has private beach access for only residents and with only 19 units in the complex it was never crowded. Also worth mentioning is the central location to all things Blue Mountain Beach and Santa Rosa Beach.

Stunning Sea Bluffs!

We just finished a wonderful week’s stay at this condo. The location was ideal, the condo clean, the beach- beautiful! The furniture was comfortable yet spacious, and the owners clearly know how to provide for their guests. For example, they had so many hangers and two laundry baskets— huge help!! The drawbacks in my opinion are on the Sea Bluff complex as a whole—While the steps up/ down to the beach were plentiful, the beach is worth it! Also, the condo’s pool is a bit small, but it was never crowded. This may be a hidden gem for the area!!

Excellent townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is recently decorated and has all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable, unit layout exceptional and all home furnishings are nice. The location on Blue mountain beach is great, right on 30A and close to popular restaurants. The beach walkover is an easy walk through the quaint community, just note there are about 5 sets of stairs down to the beach. No problem at all for relatively fit people, just don’t try to carry too much! Access to the garage was a plus as we brought along bikes and fishing gear.

Not exactly as described

We love Blue Mountain beach! Please note that this condo is beachside, but right by the street & no beach views. Private beach & access was great- about 5 flights of stairs to the beach, but worth it for the privacy. There is no consideration for early check-in at this property so that was frustrating. The unit was very clean when we arrived, however, we had several roaches in the kitchen & gnats in the living room area. The beds are not comfortable. The laundry room is on the ground level & the dryer makes an awful noise while running- I’m sure the neighbors do not appreciate that either. The most concerning issue is that there is so much mold/mildew on the ceilings of the garage & laundry room. This is a health hazard & needs to be addressed.

Sea Bluff

Overall we had a great stay. Good location, close to restaurants, easy to find and very close to the beach. There were gnats in the condo that I am sure will be dealt with quickly. There are also a lot of stairs if you have anyone with you that would have a problem with that. The condo has a garage on the ground floor so to get into the condo there is a flight of stairs. There is also a flight of about 70 stairs to get down to the beach. Overall a very nice place to stay!

We grew up vacationing on 30A, but for the last 10 years we haven`t been able to make the trip down to the beach. This was the perfect stay and the best location. The private beach access truly is a hidden gem. 30A has become very populated over the the years and very crowded, but this private beach access really allowed for less crowded beaches. The condos to the right and left set up beach chair rentals (which remained half empty the entire time) so there was only a small section of the beach we had to set up our tent. We were glad for the open sand in this location. We loved the quick walk to restaurants. We ordered Red Fish Taco twice during our stay. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location

We really enjoyed the location being close to the beach and several walkable restaurants and shops. We rented chairs and an umbrella from a local company that worked out great. They dropped off the items at the doorstep. We had a challenge with cleaning being complete at check-in but the management company communicated well on the resolution time.

Area is very nice & pretty convenient to everything. Safe friendly environment. Hard to find at night, pulled over for 25 mins trying to get in touch with Property manager & NEVER got a call back or in touch with anyone. There are a lot of stairs & the mattresses & pillows are very uncomfortable I actually had to go buy new pillows & linens. Long walk to beach. It’s an older dated property but fully stocked with everything needed & in an ideal location to everything. Beware Washer & dryer are on lower level outside in garage , very inconvenient. Tv is guest room also has no cable.

Great location

This property is located in a great spot with tons to do nearby. The beach near the property was well maintained and never crowded. A few tips/things to comment on: 1. One of the beds had a crushed up sprite can in it which led us to wonder if the sheets had even been washed or changed 2. The nest thermostat was programmed to turn off the air conditioning every two hours, which often led to the house getting as hot as 90° at night and while we were out. It was extremely frustrating because no matter how many times we turned the air back on, it kept shutting off. 3. We stayed here with two toddlers and while we were able to make it work, I wouldn’t call this property kid friendly. There are lots of steps both in the condo and on the beach which made it very difficult to get everyone up and downstairs. Overall I would stay here again - the beach was great and we were very close to several 30A activities.

You all make it look like it has an ocean view when in fact this particular condo is near the street and had no ocean view. We rented it thinking the one in the picture was what we were getting.

In general, the property presented well. However, there was no cable tv in the second bedroom. The chairs and couch in the living room were not very comfortable. The unit has a problem where the dining room is level but the kitchen and living room both run down hill from it. This transfers to the upper floor as well. The unit was clean and the beds were acceptable, although not very comfortable. The drawers in the dresser in the second bedroom were worn out and fall out when opened. Is it really necessary to have 8 digits on the garage door opener code?

Great place, great price!

This place was perfect for our family of four getaway. Great location along 30A. Very nice townhome. The price is amazing. The rental company was great. Read the notes about what to bring, e.g., hair dryer, you'll be fine. Worth it for the price. But we were there 4 days and had plenty of supplies. Only thing I used was a few extra garbage bags that I brought. We took everything else back home, but not a big deal. We'd go back for sure.

We no longer trust your service.

We were misinformed, by the realtor, of the location. No beach view. We called for help, and got none. We stayed a couple nights then returned home. The worst vacation!
