Oceans Mist offers large luxury oceanfront units that overlook the beach and boardwalk. Fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air. No pets, please.

NO SMOKING.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. It has an amazing view and right on the boardwalk. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out after a 12 hour drive.

Amazing Beach Stay in the Best Location

We had such a great time at this spacious oceanfront rental. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, so we never had to use our car. The balcony was one of our favorite spots with comfy furniture and awesome views for relaxing or people watching. We had a couple of small issues during the week, but they were taken care of quickly and with care. We’d definitely stay here again and totally recommend it.

Great Family Stay

My family and I vacation at Ocean City yearly and this property was the best we’ve experienced. Very spacious, well furnished, and a large balcony with a fantastic view. We will definitely choose this property in the future.

Family weekend

It was a perfect place for me, my husband, my sister, our daughter and our 2 young men grandsons! Of course it was made even better to see all the CARS that weekend especially when they drove down the boardwalk right in front of our condo.

Ocean City Golf Trip Headquarters

This property could not have been better for our group of four. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room.....could not have been a better setup for our group. Location right on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean could not be beat. We hope to stay here again.

Great time at wonderful location

Absolutely loved this condo. There were 5 of us and we had a wonderful time. The weather cooperated and we were able to walk on the Boardwalk. It was wonderful that linens were provided and the beds were made! We certainly will keep this property in our minds if we return!
