Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved the location! And the security to the elevator, although the main gate was never locked. Would probably give 3 1/2 stars. Kitchen was nice. Overall needed a deep cleaning and some new balcony furniture, as well as mattresses! But we had a great time and quality family time.

Wow!

Absolutely amazing. A trip we will never forget. 1st time staying on the board walk at this beautiful property and certainly will be back next year! Amazing, highly recommend. Convenient place, beautiful view, everything you need bang for your buck! Love love loved it.

Unfortunately not a great experience

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. The condo could be beautiful however it needs some love. The furniture in the living/TV room is small and uncomfortable. The old mismatched furniture on the balcony isn’t great either. We had a couple of issues with bugs, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom couldn’t be used due to a missing remote, and the freezer won’t hold temps. It would fluctuate between -4 and 12, it wasn’t filled with food, nor was the door opened often. We had 4 Ben & Jerry ice cream pints that were liquid. I pulled the freezer out to find 1/2” of dust build up covering the compressor. I cleaned it the best I could but it still wouldn’t hold temps. Vacasa wasn’t helpful after reaching out multiple times regarding some issues. It’s upsetting to spend thousands on a condo for vacation only to have the issues we had.

Nice apt but noisy location.

4.9 stars Last week in June 2024

The view was amazing! Loved just hanging out on the balcony people watching when we weren't hitting the beach, surfing the boardwalk, playing mini golf, and hitting the local eateries. Only 20 minutes away from the wild horses at Assateague Island! Would have given 5 stars if the master bedroom TV wasn't broken. We didn't really miss it though. Kitchen had everything we needed except a sharp knife. Bring one with you if you're planning on doing any cooking. Seven of us had more than enough space. not cramped at all! Would definitely return!

Great stay!

We were here 3 days mid March. The weather was cruddy but the place was wonderful! Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the boardwalk. Heated tile floors were very much appreciated with the cold weather. The tile work in the house is beautiful and classy. The beds are large and bedroom furniture was nice. Some of the living room furniture and tv are a bit outdated, the bedroom mattresses are very hard and there were only 2 pillows per bed (bring extra pillows if needed). Sheets and comforters were quite thin and fireplace didn’t work. We gave feedback to owners so by the time you rent it some things may be fixed! Overall the place was well cleaned, beautiful, and comfortable. We appreciated it and look forward to booking the same place for next year.

Great oceanfront room

This condo was at a perfect location ocean front. It was beautiful and very comfortable. I rated it a 4 because we chose it because of its location but also because it had a gas fireplace. This was crucial and they couldn’t get anyone out to get it to work. This was disappointing. If it had worked this condo would’ve been a perfect 5.

Perfect stay

The house is so nice and was very clean when we checked in! The check in process is very efficient and allowed for no issues. Loved the location and the view was amazing. Would love to stay here again once it’s warm!

Things that needs to be fixed

This place was on the boardwalk, nice view. However, as soon as we got to the room, there were dirty towels and sheets in front of the door. Assuming it’s from the last tenant. We had to move the towels and sheets to the side. Nobody came to move the towels. As we were leaving, the DIRTY towels and sheets were simply right where we moved it too. The microwave does not work. That entire place needs to be updated. Next door drunk neighbor came to our apartment tried to get in. The balcony door was broken. It is really unacceptable to charge someone full price for a certain service and receive less than that.
