This immaculate getaway has been a treasured destination for years. You will love this waterfront vacation rental with a private pool, tropical landscaping & a tiki patio, which is located in Key Colony Beach, FL which is next to Marathon, FL. We fell in love with this home and are excited to share our experience with other vacationers!
You will feel right at home in the bright, fully equipped, custom kitchen where you will find a full oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, mixer and even wine glasses safe to have by the pool! This will be a great place for cooking up your catch of the day! There is also a quaint counter with three bar height chairs off of the kitchen.
The living area offers a comfortable couch, nesting tables, a T.V. and best of all, a beautiful view to the patio, pool and the deep-water canal.
The first bedroom upon entering this cozy cottage is off of the kitchen area and has a cozy queen-sized bed, bedside tables, a dresser, a t.v. and a spacious wardrobe for hanging your clothes.
The second bedroom off of the living area provides you with a very comfy queen-sized Sealy Posturepedic, a ceiling fan, a closet and a t.v. with a window view of the tropical landscaping out back.
The bright and fully renovated bathroom offers a shower and bathtub as well as a washer & dryer combo.
Walk out the back door to paradise with a tiki patio equipped with a table, chairs and a grill. Hop into the cool and refreshing pool that has built-in seating by way of 3 in-water stools to sit on while cooling off and it's a great spot to watch the sun set over the canal!
The property offers a composite dock, and space for up to a 26' boat (including the motor). On the dock, you have a fish cleaning table for getting your catch ready for the grill. The canal is wide and deep enough to accommodate almost any boat up to 26'! The dock offers two dock cleats to tie up to, a boarding ladder for low tide and posts for your fenders. You are just minutes from reaching the Gulf and the Atlantic!

A 2-minute walk will bring you to Havana Jacks Oceanside Restaurant, a tiki lounge and restaurant with amazing food, live music and beautiful ocean views! It is a great place to watch the sunset!
About a block up the road there are tennis courts and a playground.
There is a golf course and other recreation offerings nearby.
If you don't have a boat, there are several fishing charters in the area, one by the name of Northstar Charters & Tours, just 0.4 mi from the home, a two-minute drive, or you can use the fishing poles at the house and try to catch some fish out on the canal out back!
Less than a mile away, you will find the wonderful Sunset Park Beach.
A five-minute drive will get you to the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters which was voted the best place to take the kids 5 years in a row!
There is so much to do in Key Colony Beach ~ You won't want to leave! :)
