Excellent apartment on 1st floor with all the amenities for your perfect stay. A/C in all bedrooms and located near to hospitals, restaurants, bakery, malls, universities, highways, sport complex and more. Gated apartment complex with basketball court and play ground for the kids. Parking spot for handicaps with ramp. Located in one of the most important avenues in Caguas, Ave. Degetau. Master bedroom with a queen size bed, Full bed on 2nd bedroom and 2 twin bed on 3rd bedroom.

Great place

Very clean and nice place. Host sent all the information in advance, so everything went smoothly. 30 min. drive to airport. In Puerto Rico we stayed at 6 different places, this one was the best.

My parents stayed in September and immediately were saying how much they loved the space. They felt comfortable and relaxed in the apartment and fully enjoyed their time staying there. They are planning to return soon to Caguas, and already hoping to stay at this location as they loved it so much more than staying at a hotel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something spacious and hospitable.

Great place short drive from everything

The apartment first floor ,only 2 steps to get in .superclean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood .easy directions easy check in and out.

Great Stay For Us

This is an excellent property that is clean and secure. We chose it because it was very close to where we needed to be. Being familiar with Puerto Rico., this location was easy for us to get to places that we wanted to go. The only drawback we experienced is there was no hairdryer on site nor any laundry detergent. I only mentioned this because they have always been provided at other sites we have stayed. This was a great place.

Our Caguas Stay

We stayed in town for a family emergency. It’s a hop, step and skip away from a tasty bakery where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. The condo was nice and clean, the a/c in the bedrooms worked perfect. Nice; quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.
