この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The neighborhood where this apartment is located is right in the center of the Caguas downtown where people like to go on the weekends to eat at the many restaurants and enjoy live activities held at the city plaza. It used to be the place where all the stores where located and people would come to buy goods but with the concept of the mall, the downtown lost its attractiveness but thanks to incentives, the town is now a place people like to come to eat and have a good time with the family.

This property has been restored from the inside out to what it used to be back when it was built in 1937 but with modern upgrades. It is at walking distance from the Fine Arts Center and local restaurants. It is also only 25 min drive (average) from the excitement of San Juan.
