The unit was immaculate. Very clean and the appliances appeared to be brand new. Air and heat in every room and also TVs in every room. Perfect location, very quite, and easy to check in and out!

We really liked it. Key less entry for the building and the room is nice. close to the mall, coffee and restaurants. Also close to the bars if you're looking for a night cap. We didn't cook in the apartment, however there was enough space to do so if someone wanted to.

Area was great for walkable shoppy, dining, and the riverfront park. The major downside is parking, especially for multiple days. All the surrounding street parking has 2 hour limitations during the day which means constantly having to move and pay, which really gets to add up. Lots are all over and priced twice as high for hourly, but if you don't need your car for most of the day, there's at least the garage at the mall that has a flat all day fee and is a short walk from the apt.Place was clean and well equipped, but bring your own cooking oil as that's not provided. Also the TVs are locked down to cable with no way to access streaming services. A long HDMI cable to a laptop is your best bet if you want to access that.

The breather

Great place. Very clean and well maintained. Good location. My family felt comfortable and safe, close to the children hospital where it was the main reason for the trip. My husband and older grandson were able to walk to the park and get lunch then go back and rest. It was a pleasure staying at this apartment, convenient and comfortable

Great stay!

We were in town for 3 nights and this was the perfect option for us. The location was great walking distance to everything downtown. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils for cooking options. Parking isn’t included but really wasn’t that big of a deal using meters and public garages. We will definitely be coming back with our kids.

Great property

Great property and experience. Host provided great communication and service when we accidentally booked the incorrect dates and needed to make adjustments. The only downside to this property is that there was no parking lot/ parking garage available so street parking can be difficult to find depending on dates/ times.

Great place. Clean and convenient.

Great place for family. Clean, convenient, and well stocked. My only complaint would be parking. The building doesn’t have parking so you have to deal with parking meters or private lots.

Training getaway

I stayed at Riverside Travel Apartments in Downtown Spokane. The place was very clean and as described in both descriptions and pictures. My only struggle I had was figuring out the heating and cooling system, even with the directions it was not easy to maneuver. Nothing kicked in until the day before I left so I was a bit cold in the apartment. Everything else was perfect there and I would stay there again. Thank you.

Clean and easy

Super efficient and easy to stay here. It’s close to the freeway and the convention center. The apartment itself was comfortable and incredibly clean and well appointed. It did feel a little sterile, but that’s to be expected of a travel apartment. The only negative: the neighborhood. The car parked next to us left food in their front seats and visible and the car was broken into overnight. You cannot leave ANYTHING in your car here, apparently.

It was so nice and easy. I was anxious about the area in town but it was close to the convention center so we were not affected by the many homeless people in the area. Well lit and close to society.

Excellent facility and the property manager was very attentive to our needs.

We would stay again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to restaurants and the River walk. Parking was the only downfall but manageable.
