You enjoy a bright villa, fully air-conditioned throughout, designed to welcome up to 8 guests in a calm, elegant and easy-to-live-in setting. Cannes, the beaches and the sea are just a few minutes away by car, while you still benefit from the comfort of a peaceful, green residential area.

The villa is arranged over three levels, with well-distributed spaces that preserve everyone’s privacy and make shared moments easy. The bright living room, widely open to the outdoors, naturally extends the indoor living space towards the terraces, the pool and the dining areas.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your meals in excellent conditions. A pantry/laundry room completes the space and makes your stay easier to organise. A study is also available, ideal if you wish to work remotely from time to time in a quiet environment.

The sleeping area welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room or bathroom, so every member of your family or group can enjoy their own comfort and privacy.

The large covered terrace features a summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for family lunches, dinners with friends and long summer evenings. Electricity costs are payable on departure, based on actual consumption.

A secure bank pre-authorisation of €5,000 may be requested depending on your rental conditions, with no debit unless damage is identified.
