Ocean Front Condo

Ocean Front Condo. Recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath - 1800 square feet at Ponce de Leon Towers. Take the elevator to the 6th floor--walk in and all you see is ocean. The master bedroom, overlooking the ocean, is a king bed with an ensuite bath room. The master bedroom does have blackout curtains for those of you who like to sleep in while on vacation.

The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds (all new). Bathroom adjacent to this bedroom with bath tub, shower and sink/toilet.

Additional sleeping is available on the queen pull-out couch if needed.

This unit has a full-size kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room to the ocean.

There is a recreation room for pool or ping pong as well as a library if you are in need of a book. The pool is next to the recreation room.

Steps to the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Washer and Dryer on the floor.

If you are in need of a cocktail, 1 building over is Chase's on the Beach. Across the street is SoNapa Grille.

Large parking lot. Onsite security.

Perfect Condo and Location

My family loved this condo and its location in NSB. We came for my son's 16th birthday. The 2 queen beds in the second room were clutch as it allowed for a couple of my son's friends to come stay with us. The condo had everything you may need for a stay at the beach, and we loved the balcony views and direct beach access. The only complaint is that the cleaning crew showed up at 9:58 and knocked on the door asking if we were checking out at 10:00, which we were, we had one more load of luggage to take down stairs. That felt slightly pushy. Otherwise, no other complaints and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable

The condo is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great views of the ocean, beach is easily accessible. Owner is very prompt with communication. This was a great stay.

Very pleased

Very pleased with our experience. The location on the beach was great. Nice to have a heated pool for our grand baby. Also the unit was more Spacious then we expected. Working with Bonnie was excellent.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed everything about this condo!! Great location on NSB; near restaurants & shopping. Condo was clean, new furnishings, comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped, balcony had comfy furniture. Enjoyed the pristine pool, being able to have beach access & walking on the beach. Would definitely recommend & would love to return in the future.
