Experience coastal living in this fully renovated, luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, surrounded by expansive windows that offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the perfect choice for families, offering newly decorated and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.

The spacious open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or step out onto the private balcony – the perfect spot for savoring your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home. Gather for meals at the dining room table with seating for six and bar seating for two guests, or choose to dine al fresco on the private balcony, where you can soak in the stunning views

The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a wall of windows with balcony access overlooking emerald green waters. There is an ensuite bathroom with a full garden tub.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a closet. Additionally, the living room provides extra sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa.

Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi for added convenience. Additionally, guests can enjoy a complimentary seasonal beach chair set and umbrella through Lazy Days Beach Rentals, a $300 value provided at no extra cost.

Experience an unforgettable stay with upgraded luxuries at Emerald Isle, situated right next to the pristine sandy beaches and sparkling emerald waters. Enjoy private beach access, two beachfront pools, a fitness center, and an island trolley stop within walking distance.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

Please note - Emerald Isle is undergoing an elevator modernization project expected to last through March 2026. This will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator at a time. As a result guests may experience longer wait times during peak demand periods. There may be construction noise and equipment present during this time. Week Away With Family

The property was as advertised. Nothing over the top, but the location was perfect and the view of the Ocean off the balcony was priceless. We had everything we needed and the beds were decent so we got a good nights sleep.

Condo was great, if anything there were to many different codes- gate, door , beach entrance, pool to building entrance.

The hotel building is not good

The room was fine but the hotel itself only had one functioning elevator so coming in from the beach you would have to wait 30 mins to get to your floor. Not what you want to deal with when on vacation. Will stay someone next time with more elevators.

Nice view and location.

Roaches were bad and needed better pans and utensils. Oven hard to use so low to the ground. Needs some updating like vanities. Good experience.

Basic Condo. Like a comfort Inn

Moldy shower curtains, dirty rug, musty smelling, and uncomfortable beds. The view was very nice though. Decor and furniture was tacky, and needs a great deal of updating. This was not a condo you wanted to hangout in. Was very disappointed with that price I paid.

The check in process was terrible. The condo was dirty and outdated with lots of things missing (inadequate cookware, not enough towels, stained linens, no drawers for storage in bedrooms).

Summer getaway

Nice condo. Need to update ice maker, missing a patio chair, gate codes were ridiculous, never worked. Pool rules were not followed by other renters. But I do have to say none of this stopped us from having a great time. Recommendation, drop some $$ into this condo and fix what's broken. I left list with your broker.

Great location, views and unit, but …….

This was a great very clean unit with a beautiful view and great location! However, the totally ridiculous very lengthy multiple PIN numbers required to first even get into the parking lot, then another one to actually register your car to park, then have to hunt for the pin to get you into the lobby door, then another lengthy pin to get into the unit itself, with the key pads not working 1/2 the time is the most frustrating thing ever especially for older people. Talk about security PIN number overload this place was definitely overkill! We won’t rent from this place again even though the unit was great!

great location but upgrades needed

Overall the stay was pleasant, beach location was great and located close to lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The down side - the gates seemed to to have issues almost every day with access codes not working or just the gates being broken. Only two elevators and they were pretty slow. For the unit - for the price that we paid I was really disappointed in the lack of cookware and the quality honestly. Mismatched silverware, absolutely no sheetpans or larger cooking pots. We had to run to the dollar general to buy a cheap cooking pot so we could cook pasta for 4 people. We also had to buy a sheet pan/cookie sheet as there were none at all. The owners may want to consider upgrading some of this as it makes it really hard to cook without some of the basics. The cabinet drawer laminate if peeling off as well. Just overall needs some TLC. Also the pillows were super uncomfortable so either bring your own if you can or grab the throw pillows from the couch. We paid close to 5K for 6 nights and honestly have stayed at other condos much nicer for less.

Fantastic location but need repairs and a thorough cleaning

We stayed at Emerald Isle Condos for our trip to Pensacola Beach and enjoyed our stay. Overall the condo was as advertised however there were a few things we found broken upon our arrival. The master bath toilet was loose from the floor, the guest bathroom toilet handle was broken, and the microwave handle was also broken. I shared this with the front desk. We also found the living room floor to be quite dirty and there were ants in the master bathroom. The pool was great along with the direct access to the beach. We did find however the keycode panel that allows you to open the gate from the complex to the beach hardly worked and was very frustrating to use (mutiple others had this issue too).

Beach Week

My husband and I had a great time at our stay! The condo has great views and I loved drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning to the sound of waves. It was also great waking up to that view in bed too! The convenience to the boardwalk, restaurants, and activities while being gulf side was a must for my husband and I. We will definitely be returning!

Emerald Isle Unit 303

Overall, the condo was nice but there are some things we feel need mentioning. The bathrooms were not clean, the shower curtains smelled terrible, and we bought cleaning products for the tubs. A broom would have been nice to have and maybe a wall clock somewhere in the condo. The kitchen was lacking in that there was only one pot for cooking. The air conditioner was not working properly; the thermostat was stuck and would not change when we tried to adjust the temperature which left the condo on the hot side. The balcony has a square table with only three chairs (unusual for a room that should accommodate many more guests). These may not be major issues, but we felt the owner would welcome the input. Thank you.

roaches and ants

There were a ton of tiny roaches, bigger roaches and ants. It was disgusting. Although the condo was beautiful and the property fantastic, the bugs grossed me out and made me feel uncomfortable.

Memories at Legacy

We had to kill too many small cockroaches to count. Not having a garbage disposal is problematic. The sheets and towels are thread bare. Other than that the stay was okay although we won't be back!!

Great getaway

The condo was very comfortable and, overall, clean. It could use a fresh coat of paint, and extra blankets, pillows. We used beach towels to wrap up and watch tv in the evenings. The kitchen needs more flatware, serving utensils and baking pans. There was not a baking sheet. Overall, the kitchen needs new dishes and restocking. We were very comfortable in the space and the beds were comfortable. Staff on property were very helpful and pleasant. Loved our getaway and plan to visit again next year

Great location

Everything was perfect, except for the sand all over the floor when we first walked in. We had to vacuum and sweep the floor before unpacking. Other than that, the condo and location were amazing.

Family Beach Trip

Overall it was a good experience. There were issues with the toilet...which is likely to happen in any condo, but the maintenance man on site was there in less than 5 minutes and the plumber was there maybe 5 mins after that. The condo was clean. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the walls could use a good painting or magic eraser. White walls are hard to keep clean. The staff were great at the condo and were working hard to keep common areas clean. We decided to order to go food for dinner every night and it was nice to eat dinner on the balcony. The view is amazing!

LOVE IT

We stay at Emerald Isle every eat for past 8 years. Best location and with pool and beach view from balcony you can’t go wrong! Only complaint I have for this condo 303 and ALOT of them is the master bedroom bed is SO UNCOMFORTABLE! I don’t get why the owners don’t make that a priority when someone is vacationing.... they want to be able to sleep well!

Thank you for the very kind 5 star review. We purchase medium firmness beds in an attempt to balance out everyone's preferences but that doesn't always suit every sleeper. We look forward to hosting you again sometime very soon.
