There are grills located throughout the resort. The unit has a 50 inch smart TV in the living room and a 43 inch smart TV’s in both bedrooms. It has wireless internet and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, Stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, quite upgraded dish washer, microwave, keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need. All your linens are provided which include 4 towels, and 4 wash cloths in each bath, dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen, and all sheets and covers for each bed and the sleeper sofa, extra blankets are also in the closet. If you need to wash your linens during your stay, card operated washers and dryers are located it the building. Housekeeping provides a starter kit of a couple of rolls of tissue and soap in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one load of dish detergent, and a couple of trash bags. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course and restaurant are walking distance from the condo. We recommend that you purchase the renters cancellation insurance through VRBO.
