The only top floor unit where you can watch dolphins rolling and pelicans diving in the bay, as well as the occasional alligator or a rare manatee swimming in the harbor, from the bar or the balcony. Your vacation stay is a two bedroom, two bath condominium at the gated Navy Cove Harbor complex in Fort Morgan located on the 4th floor over looking the beautiful views of Mobile Bay. This is by far the premium unit for taking in the outdoors and enjoying the stunning scenery at Navy Cove, from beautiful sunrises to breathtaking sunsets. You can see the water from every room, including a secluded natural and undeveloped beach from the balcony and both bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living areas flow from one to another, allowing for an inclusive vacation experience for all. The kitchen is well appointed with updated stainless appliances and well furnished with all the necessary equipment for the cooks to prepare the day's catch for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room couch converts into a queen-size bed. All in all, this unit sleeps 6 comfortably.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer and an elevator, as well as luggage carts, for your convenience.

For angling families who want to bring your own boats, this is by far one of the best rentals along the Alabama coast. Your stay includes the use of a deeded boat slip with a 16,000 lb. lift, a private boat launch and trailer parking. Great inshore fishing for reds and trout begins at the dock, and for offshore anglers it's a mere 3-mile run to the pass. There is a large fish cleaning station on the dock with power, water and lights. There are also fish carts available to haul your catch from the boat to the table.

For those who don't fish, there are two pools and hot tubs on the property, a natural, undeveloped bay beach to explore out the back door, a barbecue area with covered picnic tables, and a short 5 minute walk down a paved street to the white sand beach of the Gulf.
