We really enjoyed our stay overall and found the place to be comfortable and well-located right by down town fruita. The layout worked well for our family, and the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Our main reason for giving four stars instead of five was cleanliness. While the home was generally fine, it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked upon arrival, and a bit more attention to detail in that area would have made a big difference. That said, it didn’t ruin our stay, and we were still able to enjoy our time there.With a deeper clean between guests, this would easily be a five-star place. We would consider staying again and appreciate the overall experience.

House is next to restaurants and a grocery store. It is exactly as advertised. When in Mesa in the future, we’ll stay here.

This home was perfect for us! It is a 10 second walk to town, literally!!! The location was fantastic, the number of beds, super quiet, big backyard easy to park, clean, we loved it!! No stairs! Master bedroom is v private. And a drip coffee maker for making the high octane coffee.... no silly KeuregWe will stay right here again next time!

Great house. Spotlessly clean, plenty of everything you need. I appreciated the "free and clear" options for laundry detergent. Couldn't ask for a better location. We will stay here again.

Fruita in May

Great escape for May. Wonderful location. Easy walk to Community Center, pickleball courts, stores and restaurants. Bike trails very close by and we loved the covered patio.

EXCELLENT! Will do it again!

I rented this for a group of people for a retreat… it was near perfect! My only comment would be to sweep the back porch of all the dead leaves but that’s so minor! We loved it!

Stay in Fruita close to family wedding in nearby state park. Walkable to everything in town. Comfortable for us all.

Biking and hiking crew

Spent a wonderful June week with friends biking and hiking in the Fruita and Moab area. Terrific accommodations at the house made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The proximity to bike shops and food/groceries was convenient and very useful. This is our second stay at this rental and our host was most gracious and accommodating. We highly recommend this property!

Great House in Fruita.

The location of this house in Fruita is unbeatable! Just around the corner from downtown on a quiet street. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Our dog loved the fenced yard! This will be our go-to house when visiting Fruita.

Fruita fun

This was our second time staying at the Peach house. It is very comfortable and the best location! We walked everywhere, to the Community Center, stores and restaurants. The bike path is so close. We plan to return again.

Fruita downtown

For a dog-friendly property in Fruita, this location really can't be beat - it's easy walking distance to all the amenities in the cute little downtown area. The home is extremely well-equipped - you will have plenty of supplies for your stay and a very nice kitchen with wonderful gas stove to prepare meals during your stay. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extras like towels and sheets if you're staying awhile! For us, having that 2nd bathroom was just great...and both bathrooms are modern and very nicely finished! The fenced yard, surrounds the house, and was fine for our dogs; but I will say that the fence is short so if your canines are escape artists, take that into consideration; also the front fence goes right up to the street sidewalk, so if your dogs take offense to passersby...keep that in mind too! I liked the mostly pea-gravel yard as it was easy to clean up after our animals. We were there during a cold, rainy and pretty messy week, but the back covered seating area looked very inviting for warmer weather. We really enjoyed our week-long stay and would definitely consider booking this place again!!

Enamored with Fruita

What a comfortable place for our family visit. We didn't need to worry about a thing. The home was comfortable and well stocked. All we had to do was relax and enjoy our visit. Our host, Debe, was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to a future stay.

Mountain Biking getaway

Fantastic location in walking distance of bike shops. coffee shops and restaurants in Fruita. Close drive to all the mountain biking bucket list locations, including only 2hours to Moab. House was perfect with outside patio, big kitchen and dining area, and 6 comfortable twin beds. I will be back!

And don't forget the newly opened wakeboard park, Imondi Wake Zone, just minutes west! Outdoor activities include the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, the Book Cliffs, North Fruita Desert, and more! Ski and snowboard at Powderhorn less than one hour away. Cross-country ski on the Mesa! There are festivals and parades and bicycle rallies and it's just fun!
