- Two deposits are required upon arrival, one for the rental and another for cleaning. If cleaning is satisfactory, it will be refunded, otherwise, it will be kept by the owner.
- A tasting platter will be offered upon your arrival with prior reservation.
- At the end of your stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for 70 euros on-site.
- Tenants must bring their own towels or can rent them for 20 euros on-site.
- A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
