Charming house in Givry - Fameli & Co

Welcome to Fameli & Co – La maison de Givry, a private holiday home nestled in the charming wine village of Givry, in the heart of Burgundy. Fully renovated, it beautifully combines the character of the old with modern comfort, in a warm and elegant atmosphere.

With a surface area of 110 m², the house can accommodate up to six guests, with the option to host one or two babies upon request. It features three comfortable bedrooms with high-quality bedding and two bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The spacious and light-filled living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining space, and a cozy lounge. The entrance opens under a striking glass canopy – the house’s signature feature. Outside, a sunny courtyard invites you to enjoy the warm weather, whether for a summer breakfast or a relaxing evening drink.

A unique highlight: the house also features a vaulted stone cellar, transformed into an intimate space for tasting local wines – a truly special experience.

Families are very welcome: a baby cot and high chair are available upon request, and a few games and books are provided for children. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to ensure guests of all ages feel right at home.

Ideally located in the center of Givry, the house is just a short walk from local shops and amenities: bakery, organic grocery store, butcher, restaurants, cafés, and wine shops. The vineyards, the Voie Verte (Green Way cycling path), and hiking trails are all accessible on foot. Chalon-sur-Saône is a 10-minute drive away, Beaune is 30 minutes, and Lyon is around 1 hour and 20 minutes away.

Guests enjoy private access to the house. Free parking is available on the street, and you can drop off your luggage directly in the courtyard. A secure storage area is also available for bikes or strollers.
