Luxurious Lakefront Octagon House on Table Rock Lake!!

A luxurious and spacious home with beautiful furnishings located lakefront on Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob! This 4-bedroom 2-bath home provides the perfect retreat with all the amenities of home. Ideal for a families, couples retreat, or a corporate gathering.

Enjoy a completely remodeled and very unique home that offers all new high-end furnishings, stainless steel appliances, open kitchen/living room, two extra indoor living areas, covered deck, outdoor fire pit with comfortable seating, a huge covered outdoor living area, lakefront, and walk to water!

Main Level:
Walk into the front door to discover an open kitchen, dining, and living room great for entertaining. Also on the main level is two bedrooms, each with a king size beds, as well as a bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Washer and dryer also on main level. Doors off the back open to a covered outdoor living/grilling area with an abundance of seating. Grills include a Large Green Egg and a Blackstone Griddle.

Walkout Basement:
Journey down the stairs to find two large living areas with lots of seating including a pullout sofa. One bedroom downstairs with a king bed and small desk workstation. The other bedroom is a bunk room with two twin beds, and two bunk beds (full size on bottom & twin size on top bunk). One bathroom with a walk in shower. Walk out the back doors to another outdoor living area with fire pit and outdoor seating for several people. Also downstairs is a blowup mattress available for guest use. Bring your ping pong skills as we have a new ping pong table!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the Shell Knob bridge. We are near two fantastic marinas! Kings River Marina is an 8 minute drive (3 miles). Campbell Point Marina is a 14 minute drive (8 miles) and just around the corner from the house by boat! Both marinas have boat rentals. In addition to the boat rentals Campbell Point Marina also has equipment rentals including tubes, skis, wakeboards, kneeboards, party pads, lifejackets, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Please call either of these two marinas for pricing and availability.

Want to bring your own boat? No Problem! Campbell Point Marina also has nightly slip rentals for those that plan to bring their own boat! Book these soon as reservations tend to fill up fast.

Looking for other nearby activities? Check out Dogwood Canyon Nature Park just 19 minutes away or take a scenic 40 minute drive to Top of the Rock at Big Cedar! Looking for a thrill? Silver Dollar City amusement park is about 45 minutes away. See what all Branson has to offer including shopping, dining, and shows all less than an hour drive!

Around town:
Harter House grocery store, Dollar General, Submarina, Steak Inn Steakhouse and several other great restaurants within a 5 minute drive!

What we provide:
We furnish dishes, silverware, drink ware, appliances, kitchen towels, bed linens and bath towels. We also supply a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bath and hand soap, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent. Please bring extra supplies for a large group, together with your own additional beach towels, personal toiletries, camera, fishing rods, floaties and sunscreen. We also provide starter firewood for the fire pit. Wireless internet and streaming services including YouTube TV on large flat panel TVs throughout the house.

NO PETS allowed. No bachelor/bachelorette parties unless disclosed & approved prior to reserving.

Great Quiet Family Lake Home

We loved our stay there and Kris was an incredible and responsive host. We brought our 22 foot Targa boat and the driveway was perfect which is hard to find on the lake. Highly recommend

Perfect Location

This property checked all our boxes. Loved the location. Kids and adults paddle boarded, fished, and floated in the cove with no boat traffic. We did bring an inflatable dock/float to have something for us to anchor to since there isn't a dock. House was amazing and had plenty of room for us to spread out.

Multi generation family holiday

Our family of 10 ages 2-64 enjoined a lovely New Years weekend at the Lakefront Octogon home. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space, but also the perfect size when we all wanted to spend time together. The grandchildren loved the outdoor fire pit and walking to the lake to skip rocks. The house was beautifully maintained and response time with Kris was exceptional.

Octagon House

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children enjoyed our stay at the Octagon House. The home is beautiful, clean and beds were all very comfy. The walk to the lake is a bit steep but our kids 5-11 years old had no problems. We brought our boat and kept it at Campbell Point Marina which was very reasonable for a slip rental and not too far by land or water to the Octagon House. The cove that the house is located in was incredible and our kids enjoyed swimming between boat and the shore. We loved it here so much we are already planning another trip. Do not hesitate to rent this property. Also Kris was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Lake Paradise

I came with my family and my brother’s family and between us we had 7 teenagers, an 8 year old and 2 young adults. We had plenty of room to gather on the porch or around the fire pit. We brought hammocks and hung them around the back yard. We rented a boat at Kings River Marina and anchored in the cove whenever we needed to exchange passengers or restock. The house is beautiful. Every bed and piece of furniture is comfortable. The house was well stocked with basics including great shampoo and conditioner. We had all of the kids in the basement and they were so happy to have their own space. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Lake House

Our 3 night stay was perfect in this beautiful lakefront home. The place is perfectly located in a quiet cove on the less busy area of Table Rock. There were 2 great marinas a short drive away that we used to rent boats and jet skis each day. The home looks just like the pictures. It’s got amazing parking space, beautifully decorated, and gorgeous decks and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the fire pit (fire wood provided was an amazing plus) and the new ping pong table. There were also games and playing cards available that we ended up using every night. The place is not lacking in anyway for fun family entertainment. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a group and the black stone was wonderful for making breakfast each morning. The walk down to the water access was a bit steep and rocky but it was not a problem for the kids. The host Kris was extremely responsive and our family would not hesitate to stay here again. 10/10!

It’s beautiful

The property is beautiful. Our entire group was comfortable and had a wonderful time. The house is right on the water, where we were able to put in our Paddleboards. Though rocky, it was conveniently located. The fire pit was a popular hang out and the host graciously provided enough firewood to ensure s’mores could be made all weekend. There were some small adjustments we had to make to ensure our stay was comfortable. The coffee maker there was a kurug that had a refillable insert without the lid… so coffee without grounds in it was impossible to make. Furthermore, with a group our size “morning coffee” would have lasted until late afternoon had we not gone back home and brought our own coffee maker. There was only one kitchen towel and some of the linens that were on the beds came with stains on them. Again, we were able to make adjustments to make everyone comfortable. With it raining for most of our stay, it was really nice to have a smart TV, where movies could play in the background. All in all, very minor updates would make this property even more of an escape than it already was. We still give it 5 stars and plan to book the property again, knowing what to expect when we do.

Beautiful family vaca spot!

Great property and the owner is amazing! They effectively communicated everything we needed to know for our stay. Provided suggestions of places to go and see! The property itself has everything you could need as well! Great living space, space to hang out together, and the outdoor seating areas were gorgeous!

Great for family

We had 18 family members get together for fun, food and games. This house is arranged in a manner allowing separate groups or enabled all of us to plan some table games together. The kids loved the bunk room allowing the adults to have their privacy. The fire pit was perfect for toasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate. We had a couple of questions and the owner we quick to respond. He was very helpful and eager to do so. This place is gorgeous, I highly recommend it for large families .

Cousin Reunion

A wonderful time was had by all staying at the octagon cottage. We had 12 ladies and the cottage was very spacious and appropriately accommodated all us is for a 3 night stay. We loved the view and really enjoyed the firepit and outdoor spaces. We would definitely come back!

Couples Getaway

The property is beautifully situated right on the lake in a residential neighborhood. The cabin is a bit further from Branson than we had anticipated, but the ~40 minute drive is along beautiful winding roads, so we did not mind. The cabin layout is great for a few couples to stay comfortably, and the outside space is hard to beat! The downstairs area has a good amount of square footage that could be better utilized with a pool table or similar. Great property; and very well taken care of!

Our New Tradition!

Our stay couldn’t have been better! This was the first time in years we were able to have a quiet, kid-free weekend, and the Octagon House didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit each night and all the activities that Table Rock lake has to offer. Like many have said in previous reviews, the photos don’t do this house justice. Waking up each morning to the AWESOME scenery was a treat as well. Kris was a great host, and we will be back for many years to come!

great response to a problem

when we arrived, the smoke alarm was chirping with "low battery". The smoke alarm was too high for me to reach. After I called Kris, he interrupted his business day and drove an hour with his ladder to change the battery. I would call that great customer service. I was impressed with the trim level of the bath rooms. My previous experience with lake rentals were adequate. But Octagon Cottage was a pleasant surprise

Family vacation

Family vacation. The house was great everyone was comfortable. It was close to the grocery store marina in about 45 minutes from Silver Dollar city. I would rent that place again everyone loved it.

Lake getaway

Beautifully updated home. Beds were comfortable and blackstone was nice to cook on. The lake was beautiful and we fished and swam from the shoreline, but you must be careful climbing down the hill. Beautiful large deck and nice fire pit to enjoy. A nice, quiet family getaway.

Great for our family!!

The house was wonderful and worked great for our 3 families (16 people) We are mostly adults and big teens and the space was big enough. The style of the house was very nice and relaxing. The porches were great too! We were tempted to just stay and chill on the porch and deck instead of going out for the day. Thanks for a wonderful place to vacation!

Family Vacation

We loved the house. It was beautiful and had the perfect amount of space for our large family. Kris is very quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. We forgot a baby gate and they had one thank goodness. We used the Blackstone every night to cook on. Loved it.
