Very comfortable place

The location was 10 min walk to the beach, convenient Coligny Plaza. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was as well. There was space to spread out. The home is dated (cabinets, closets, bathrooms), but for the price it was just fine. Our family of 5 had a nice stay.

Comfortable and clean unit

Comfortable and clean unit, good location. The bikes were not accessible with key lock instead of combo lock, and the lamp in the second bedroom was broken. Parking lot was full every evening. Otherwise, everything worked for our family during our weekend stay.

Loved it all

This is a wonderful listing in a great location far enough from Coligny to not be so crowded. Relatively short and easy walk to the beach. House is on the bottom floor so that was convenient. Plenty of room to spread out. Linens were great. We loved it.

Better places to stay for the money.

Wasn’t clean lots of bugs and uncomfortable bed. Furniture was dirty just not worth the money.

Comfy spacious Condo

Great property and Condo. Close by to everything! Comfortable and spacious, just like home. Management was very cordial and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again !

Nice but....

Great location, includes all you need. Vacasa responds very quickly. The cleaning was not the best. When we pulled out the trundle bed, the floor behind it was dirty. Inside the bathrooms cabinet was dirty as well. In addition, one day an employee call at the door and nobody answered, and went in anyway and my son was there working. The internet velocity was unstable. Some days way too slow.

Great location

I would have given this property a 5 star but we had issues upon checking in that the door code didn’t work. It was over 100 outside and it took forever to get a code that worked. Then came back that night around 11:30pm and locked out again. It was terribly hot still and management said over an hour to get in. The door lock battery was almost dead. Management said they would be there in the morning before 9am. At 9am I texted and asked where they are and they said in a meeting. So just left the place unlocked. Terrible management. We should be first priority. Also 1/2 bath light did not work. Place is a bit outdated but If you are just there to sleep it’s perfect.

Condo is fine/Vacasa is not

When I got to condo I had wrong door code. Had to call 800 # and tried about 6 different codes to get me in. Was left 1 set of towels for 4 adults. Had to text about that. Towels were brought the next day about 2 pm. We left an expensive flask in the condo when we checked out. I've had to ask the prop mgr about it 4x. She was supposed to be checking with cleaners. No response. I called the main # and they want to charge me $25 to even ASK SOMEONE if they found it.....then charge me shipping. Never again with this company. All condo needs is good deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint, and a new property mgmt co!

Disgusting

Worst rentals and management property. The rentals are disgusting, dingy, missing light bulbs, dirty stained sheets and bedding, the couch has cat urine smell all over it (so much that they had to bring us candles to get rid of the smell), someone's old acrylic nails on the floor, sand all over the floor, old hair in the shower, sand in washer and dryer, garbage left in beach wagon with someone clothes in it, spider webs and spiders in most corners. The code we had been given didn't work, so we had to wait for them to generate a new code. I called 2 weeks in advance about the bikes that come with the property, and when we got here the keys were missing, they attempted to wire cut the lock but wasn't strong enough. So then we were forced to pay for rentals. Oh and we also found left over weed pods in the house. Absolutely zero care goes into these properties. Erin was our property manager. She was semi helpful for only the first 4 hours of check in trying to help remedy the situation and then went radio silent for the weekend. Maintenance never came to fix any of these things. I called her several times, and instead of picking up she would text back "I see you called. What?" And then wouldn't answer back. What a garbage company. We booked through VRBO so we didn't choose vacasa. I wish VRBO would have made clear that it truly wouldn't be a VRBO but managed by Vacasa because looking at their reviews I would have never booked. Birds and beaches close by!

I really enjoyed staying here. The villa was spacious and comfortable. There's a walking path to the beach right beside Tree Tops. I'm a birder and visited lots of wonderful places fairly close by to see many species. Highly recommend!

Treetops (pet friendly)

Nice condo in Treetops which was pet friendly! A little outdated but it suited our needs. 5 min walk, 3 min bike ride to the best beach on the Island.

Great Condo, walking distance to the beach

The condo was great plenty of space for a family of 5 (with teens). The patios and balcony were dirty and could use a good sweeping before each guest arrives, we had some bug issues on the main floor. The condo was clean and the kitchen had solid basics to make meals. The only issue was that the condo is difficult to find. It would be a great addition if the management company could provide a map or more detailed directions.

Amazing

This place was amazing! It’s super close to the beach only a short walk. The place was very clean and had great amenities. They had a very nice entertainment area downstairs where everyone could relax and watch a movie. If you’re planning a vacation this is the place to go! We will definitely be going back!

Nice condo, perfect location

The location to walk to the beach with even little kids was pretty easy. The beach wagon in the condo was essential. The bikes pictured were key locked and not available, we had even called to confirm they were and told yes. The grill did not work unfortunately as well. Otherwise, it was a good setup that covered the quick get away we wanted.

Not very clean but good location.

The location was extremely hard to find and we were never able to get into contact with the host. The cleanliness was not the best, the washer smelled like mildew, the bedding didn’t seem very clean, there were not any trash bags for the kitchen and there was a massive cockroach in the living room. However, the location was pretty close to the beach and shops.

Comfortable and quiet condo

Will definitely stay here again! Great location and quiet complex. Easy walk to the beach and access to the public bike path. Really nice sized bedrooms and living area!

Nice condo and location. Bad manager (Vacasa)

Nice, fun condo, near bike path and short ride to beach. VERY difficult to find it initially, no clear building markings/can't be seen from driveway or road. Vacasa manages the property a d were very unresponsive to requests for help. Also mildly dirty at check in. Not bad, but be ready to be on your own and no manager communication.

Great place!! Finding it is NOT easy!

We loved this condo and it’s central location to EVERYTHING Hilton Head had to offer. It was VERY comfortable and clean. Beds were VERY comfortable! We felt right at home. Neighbors were all very nice and we felt extremely safe in this “ neighborhood “. Beach access was easy and we LOVED Lpggergeads beach bar- great vibe!! Our only compliant: no map was provided for finding the actual unit on the property!! Vicasa ( the property manager) should have recognized THIS IS PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT in this development. We drove AND walked around in the dark at 2 am for nearly an hour trying to locate the condo within all the look-alike units! A frustrating start to our vacation!

Great Stay

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Short drive/uber to many restaurants and bars. Balcony was great for working outside and relaxing. Really nice TV/sound system.
