This vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen and a nearby dining table for six - ideal for meals or family game nights. The chill, sunlit living area, has a smart, Roku-equipped TV and sliding door access out to the furnished balcony. Guests will also enjoy a shared outdoor pool, and easy access to the new area trolley system with a stop just steps away.

What's nearby:
This location is hard to beat as Coligny Beach Park, and Plaza are the main hubs for pristine white sand, endless dining options, and shopping galore, all less than a mile from your door. If you want to get some exercise, the walking and biking paths of the island are sure to please, as they provide an easy and fun way to explore the surrounding area. Also, consider a quick four-mile drive to Harbour Town to shop, dine, check out the famous candy-striped lighthouse, or play a round of 18 at Harbour Town Golf Links!

Great location, good property, but not totally clean, and there was no remote control for the cable box downstairs, washing machine was also broken. Needs a deep clean. Good price though.

Great Location

This apartment was fabulous! Everything was exactly as described and/or seen in pictures. it was also in close proximity to every place we went too (less than 10 minutes). The host sent various messages ensuring we were good and even left a good bag upon our arrival. We are planning another trip soon and we will definitely be back.

Spring Break

The area of this property was ideal. Close to everything, easy walk to park, beach, shops and restaurants,; but away from the noise and busyness. Condo complex could use some updating and better upkeep of the pool. Pool itself was nice, but the deck and chairs could have been cleaned and the garbage emptied regularly. The condo we stayed in could use a fresh coat of paint and updated electric outlets. Despite that, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us, the weather couldn’t have been any better and we had a wonderful spring break on Hilton Head Island.

Non-responsive...... Inoperable and damages items in unit

We arrived about 4 p.m. (check in time) the A/C doesn't work, we thought, OK, its not too hot, we will email and see what they say tomorrow..... Next day, still no response, send another email when we realize there was a broken chair on the deck and a broken glass in the cabinet. That night we run the washer to clean our towels and get the WORST noise coming from the machine, another email - still not an "emergency" so we still wait, Monday comes around, still no response then we notice when we ran the dishwasher the sink started the backup. Still no response (and its "office hours" by Monday so surely someone will respond - NOPE). Broken, A/C, washing machine, chair, glass, backing up sink, dried tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce in the drawer so we washed everything by hand before we used it. Pans so cut up from knives, they were no longer "non-stick", just a hodgepodge of dishes, pots and pans, nothing matched and was just in bad shape. Only response I received the whole 4 days were auto texts about helping clean before I leave and to leave a review. Well, we weren't going to start that washing machine again.... Here's your review. So, so disappointed in the service and the unit. I will not be using Vacasa again that is for sure.

Fine for the money

The unit was fine but just bare basics. Layout was good with each room having a bathroom and then a powder room downstairs. The washing machine had not been balanced so moved around and made a horrible amount of noise so had to stop using it, in fairness I did not call to get looked at, not what I want to spend vacay doing. Good location, could ride bike over to beach easy. I slept fine but bed was fairly soft. Pool at condo was nice and private.

Poor customer service from Vacasa - July 2022

The property was described as appealing on VRBO; however, our family did not enjoy our stay because of the disgusting bugs in the unit. We arrived on Saturday, July 2nd and saw the first bug outside near the pool on July 3rd. On Monday, July 4th in the morning, I called Vacasa to report seeing roaches inside of the unit. The Vacasa representative I spoke with said that the bugs were probably palmetto bugs and that someone from Property Management would follow up with me to address the issue. Palmetto bugs are essentially roaches and I was not contacted that day. The next day we saw even more of the same bugs in the unit. I have a picture of one of the bugs that was inside the clock on the stove. During our stay, we saw several of the bugs in the stove clock and on the stairway wall and another wall inside of the unit. I called the customer service number again on Tuesday; however, that time I had to leave a message because no one answered. No Vacasa representative ever called me back or spoke with me in person to let me know what was being done to address the problem. This sickening situation prevented my family from enjoying our stay in Hilton Head. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a VRBO listed property. I recommend that VRBO stop listing this property. Vacasa provided extremely poor customer service and I deserve a refund for the most disappointing VRBO rental experience I've ever had.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Our stay was great. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and this place was very clean. Beds were comfortable, neighbors were quiet, and location can’t be beat!! We’d stay here again and I’d recommend it to a friend.

I loved everything about it...the place was clean, quiet, spacious, and beautiful. We did have a hard time finding it. Although we did get there late in the night. Thankfully there was an officer there to show us the way.
